Imagine having an entire 3-story townhouse in the old city center all to yourself. An incredibly rare find in Copenhagen that we’re excited to be sharing it with our guests.
Get the best of two worlds. A historic townhouse in a quiet courtyard from 1885, beautifully redecorated in 2023 with all the modern features you just can’t live without.
If you are visiting Copenhagen to experience its world-famous sights and historic charm, you will find no better location.
The Space:
This historic townhouse dates all the way back to 1885. In 2023, we took it back to its former glory with a complete restoration, updated the 3 levels with open spaces and all modern fixtures. The interiors are beautifully decorated by local, Danish designers mixing old city charm with clean, Nordic design.
A tour of the place
You enter the house through a little courtyard. On the ground level are two spacious bedrooms. One with a kingsize bed (180x200cm) and a sleeping couch and the other bedroom with two single beds. Take the internal stairs to the next floor where you find two additional bedrooms. Again, one fitted with a comfortable kingsize bed and the other with two single beds. This floor also features two full, well-appointed bathrooms and a make-up station.
All the bedrooms have windows, convenient sockets by the beds for your phones and other electronics as well as ceiling fans. Upon your arrival, we prepare them with fresh linens and two towels for each you.
The top floor is the best part of the house. One big and charming open space. This is where you find a full kitchen and a nice counter to hang out by – perfect for pre-dinner drinks. The open room also features a large dining table for up to 10 people, a chillout area as well as a 50" TV with complimentary Netflix.2
Guest Access:
You'll have the entire house to yourself.
The Neighborhood:
Right where you want to be as a visitor in Copenhagen, in the charming old and city center, close to just about everything. Only 12 minutes by metro from Copenhagen Airport to Kongens Nytorv and a short stroll takes you to the house.
Within five minutes you can reach the royal palace, Nyhavn (New Harbor) and Strøget, the world-famous shopping street.
Getting Around:
Metro is highly recommended as you are right by the stop Kongens Nytorv.
