These 49 sqm apartments feature, 150 Mbps WIFI and a Smart TV with integrated DVD player, an intercom entry system and a washer/dryer. The impressive, well lit, open plan kitchen reception, features contrasting high gloss kitchen with stone composite work surface which is integrated with Bosch energy efficient stainless-steel appliances. The living areas have a dining table with four chairs, a sofa bed and a coffee table. The bathrooms feature a shower over bath, radiators, and large mirrors. The bedrooms have a king size bed with a bedside table and spacious walk-in wardrobe.
This recently built modern development has a 24-hour concierge service, bike storage, communal landscaped gardens and a pond exclusively for residents.
