Unique loft with sea view - Loft Seaview

This home is located directly below the Huisduinen dike. The loft apartment is on the top floor of the building, which consists of several apartments. The loft apartment was completed in 2022 and is therefore brand new. From the home, you can walk directly across the dike and find yourself with your feet in the sea. The sandy beach of Huisduinen begins about 100 meters from the loft apartment.

You enter the loft through the rear of the building, where you’ll find the stairs leading to the fourth floor. On the top floor, you’ll find the “Seaview” loft apartment. The name says it all—the first thing you’ll see when you enter the apartment is the phenomenal view. From the apartment, you have a view of the North Sea on three sides.

There are two balconies on the front and left sides. The left balcony has two comfortable lounge chairs and faces southwest, so you can enjoy the sun here almost all day long. The other balcony is located at the front of the house; it is furnished with two garden chairs and faces west. From this balcony, you have a direct view of the sea, and on a clear day, you can even see the island of Texel and the “Razende Bol.”
The loft apartment has a small but cozy kitchen equipped with a 4-burner induction cooktop and a convection oven. Next to the round dining area, you’ll find a tabletop refrigerator and a microwave. You’ll also find a kettle, coffee maker, and toaster here. On the other side of the room is a comfortable corner sofa with storage space in the chaise longue. Next to the sofa is the television, which can be moved. From the corner sofa, you have a beautiful view of the “Lange Jaap” lighthouse, meadows with horses, and the Den Helder skyline in the distance.

You can access the bathroom through the living area. Here you’ll find a shower stall, toilet, and sink.

Opposite the corner sofa is the double bed, and behind the kitchen you’ll find another single bed. On this side, you’ll also find a small, open closet with storage space. The apartment has no separate bedrooms; all the beds are located in the same room.

Please note: the loft apartment is accessible only by stairs; there are no curtains in the apartment, and dogs are not allowed.
