My love of France begin when I was 18 and spent three months in Paris. Family holidays were spent travelling the 'route to the south' practising my french en route! Later years found me in the Middle East and USA before settling in the Peak District in England. I guess you could say I was born with sand in my shoes. Here i worked in tourism development and regeneration before completing a degree in Art History. While still working in tourism I opened two holiday cottages using my knowledge of the industry an art background to create spaces that reflected a fusion of new and old in luxury surroundings.
