Tenuta Belgatto is composed of two big villas, an historical one built in 1700 and a country one , where you can enjoy a nice kitchen and a large confortable living room.The houses are on a hill overlooking the sea which also is the closest to the roman city center of Fano and the beach as well. Between the two houses it raises a wonderful swimming pool (23ft x 46ft or 7mt x 14mt) surrounded by new brand umbrellas and sun-beds.

Just wonderful

What a lovely place to spend your holidays! The owners are the nicest people, very friendly and helpful. The chef made an amazing diner (thank you Nico). The houses are clean and full of history. We all just loved it.

The property was immaculate and is a beautiful setting with well maintained grounds, fruit trees and privacy. The pool was used daily and is kept clean. The property sits atop a hill which is walkable to the market and Fano, however, if navigating it frequently, I would recommend renting a car. We made good friends of Nicola and Marco (taxi service.) The property manager, Tatiana, and her son Nicco and friend Valentina were wonderful. All were very responsive to our needs which were few. We had our family of 3 generations and all of us loved our stay. There was ample room ( we had both houses) for everyone. It was appreciated there was a washing machine for small items ( it cannot accommodate large or heavy loads) but was enough to keep us feeling refreshed. The kitchen had all the essentials needed. Beautiful location, beautiful host family, beautiful memories! Book it! You will not regret it!

Great villa!

We had 12 staying in this villa for a week and it was amazing! The two villas worked well (1 with 4 doubles, 1 with 2 doubles) and the pool and garden area was amazing. The villa was a 5 min drive from Fano which we were pleasantly surprised to find out was lovely. The beach was a 15 minute walk away and the host Valentina was amazing. Would definitely stay again!

Top!

We spent a great September week in the accommodation as a group of friends. The villa is beautiful and sits on a hill. The older of the two buildings in particular has flair. The pool is amazing and Tatiana and Carmine are exceptionally friendly hosts. The beach and a supermarket can be reached on foot in 20 to 25 minutes (we didn't have a car). We borrowed bikes in Fano and were much more flexible - even if the way back to the villa was a bit sweaty (e-bike recommended!).

Fabulous vacation

We spent a week at the Villa with family. The place is spectacular, better than the pictures. The owner Tatiana is lovely and super helpful and available to solve any problem. There are 2 houses on the property, the first one has 4 stunning bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room. The second property has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and a bathroom on the first floor, with a living room and kitchen. The outdoor spaces are amazing, there are 3 areas with tables that can accomodate large groups. The pool is huge! This is a great place to go with a large group (accomodates 12 people) We will definitely be back!

Fun yet calm

Our group really enjoyed the stay. The property is really big and with 2 houses, pool and garden has everything you need to have a good time while also being able to split up into smaller groups. The houses were clean and had many areas to hang out at. The beds were okay but had rather hard mattresses. We really liked the pool especially with the lighting around it. The house was in a quite area of Fano which we really liked because it was still not too far away from the city and beach. The only real downside for us was that the dishwasher didn't work, especially for a group of 14 a problem. To round it up the host was really friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

Authentic and fun stay

We arrived in the property and were amazed by the big size of the land, the big pool and the historic old house. It was like staying in a small castle, very exciting, but do not expect top comfort in that house(it was fine for us). The "farm house" was more cozy and comfortable. We had some small issues at the beginning of the stay and all was taken care of in a speedy way by the very friendly owners and friend. Although the kitchen was a little small for 11 persons, we had some great time by the pool and the big terrasse surrounded by a beautiful vegetation. This property is so beautiful. Walking distance to grocery, bakery and beach. Fano is a nice and fun town. We had the chance to be there for a fish soup festival(Brodetto Fest) and it was a delicious and fun experience. The region is beautiful, we could visit Assisi, Fano, Ancona, San Marino, Pesaro. This was a very nice and fun vacation.

Our family (9 people) stayed at this property for the whole month of August. The property is in a great location close to the charming town of Fano and its beaches. From some rooms, the view includes the Adriatic Sea. The grounds are expansive and the outdoors are welcoming. Most of our time was spent around the pool or on the veranda. The host, Tatiana, was wonderful and responded immediately to any requests or comments. The property has 2 dwellings: one old and one historic. Several of our discomforts were primarily due to the ancient nature of the buildings. With 6 bedrooms, the property could host 12 adults, yet there is only one small kitchen with rather ancient equipment that did not always function well. A similar remark applies to the bathrooms which were barely equipped to handle a large group of guests. The listing indicates air-conditioning, yet it was only available in 2 of the 6 bedrooms and none of the living areas. In the historic mansion, an updating of the mattresses and a remediation of the septic tank smells would be welcome. One problem that truly bothered us, was a mosquito infestation. Despite taking all precautionary measures and requesting 2 property sprayings, we all ended up with numerous mosquito bites. Since there was a major outbreak of Dengue fever in Fano in 2024, the owners would be well-advised to consider a systematic and recurring remediation approach.

Wonderful “Chez Nous”!

At the entrance gate the French “chez nous” symbolizes that one is welcomed with warmth into a generous family home. We chose this large property for our family reunion after long pandemic travel restrictions and we feel more than lucky with our choice! The communication with our host was very warm and welcoming already before the trip! Upon arrival we very greeted warmly, checked in quickly and introduced effectively to all the amenities in both houses of the property. The large estate is set wonderfully in the quiet hills above Fano, which is within easy reach. The large pool was the center of activity on hot days. There are plenty of sitting areas to relax in the large well kept garden. We occupied six wonderful cosy bedrooms in the two houses. The kitchen is well equipped and allowed us to prepare our meals at times we didn’t feel to explore the wonderful surroundings which have plenty of historic small towns to discover. The estate comprises two houses, one is a beautiful 18th century villa with a view of the glistening Adriatic Sea and invites one to explore nearby sandy beaches; the other a typical country style Italian house was our main house and has all modern comforts including air conditioning. The charm of the entire property immediately captivated us and let us enjoy a marvelous week feeling very much at home. The week ended much too soon but we will remember this stay for ever! Vi havde en rigtig dejlig familieferie med 3 generationer, 6 voksne og 5 bÞrn. Vi nÞd isÊr poolen og den skÞnne overdÊkkede terrasse, hvor der var god plads til alle, bÄde ved spisebordet og i loungemÞblerne. Tatiana var fantastisk til at give tilbagemelding pÄ de spÞrgsmÄl vi havde og gav os lÞbende information om oplevelser i omrÄdet.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Unterkunft mit riesiger Anlage und tollem Pool. Es ist schöner als die Fotos es zeigen. Der Weg zum Strand geht ca. 25 Minugen Bergab und auf dem Heimweg wieder Bergauf. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin funktionierte hervorragend. Wir wĂŒrden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.
