これは私たちがそこにいないときに私たちが家賃を払う家族のアパートです。 アパートメントは、Courchevel村1550のエレベーター付きODALYSレジデンスで完全に改装されました。

これは賃貸専用のアパートではなく、2番目の家の快適さのすべての要素が含まれています。

クールシュヴェル・ル・プラズ（1300m）を見下ろすレーストラック（赤いコース）のふもとに位置しています。 20メートルの距離は、トラックにアクセスし、足に戻ってスキーにアクセスします。

それは、山/森を見下ろす小さなバルコニーで（車の騒音は、非常に静かな）30平方メートルを測定します。

建物のふもとにある無料シャトルで、村に行くことができます（それ以外の場合は800m歩行、最大歩行10分）。 新しいアクアモーションアクアティックセンターから10分以内です。

理想的には4人で賃貸されていますが、6つのベッドがあります。ダブルルーム1つ（ダブルベッド2つにグループ化されていますが、グループ分けされています）、マウンテンコーナー（特に子供用の2段ベッド基準） （ダブルベッドに相当する引き出し式ベッドが付いた松のベンチ）。 食器洗い機、電子レンジ/オーブン+電気プレート+コーヒーメーカー+トースター+ラケット+フェーダー+テレビ（TNTチャンネル）+ iphoneドッキングステーション（ラジオ/アラーム）

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in einem wundervollen Appartement mit einer perfekten Lage direkt an der Piste. Der Gebäudekomplex ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ebenso die Skidepots. Jedoch fehlte es an nichts und das modernisierte Appartement entsprach in allen Punkten den Bildern und Beschreibungen. Top ausgestattet, tolle, gemütliche Möbel. Auch im Küchenbereich fehlt es an rein gar nichts. Der Kontakt mit Antoine war super einfach und sehr, sehr angenehm :) Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great place to stay in Courchevel

A wonderful little property that suited the needs of a family of four perfectly. Beautiful location and excellent links for skiing. The owner was very helpful too and spoke excellent English!!

Très agréable appartement bien équipé dans un endroit calme mais bien connecté

Les vacances étaient vraiment agréables à Courchevel, belle station de ski surtout pour les familles et pour notre gamme de compétences de ski, des débutants au bien chevronné. Les animations dans les stations étaient très vifs pendant le printemps, ce qui nous faisait vraiment davantage de plaisir L'appartement est bien chauffé, bien étanche, bien équipé avec surtout très confortable salon et belle salle de bain, appareil à raclette et fondue qui a été un plaisir d'essayer. Le quartier des Brigues est à quatre pas de Courchevel Village, l'immeuble est à coté de la piste rouge les Brigues qui relie Courchevel 1850 avec Le Praz 1300, il y a aussi le lien Courchevel Village par les pistes plus faciles, juste au virage en épingle à cheveux dans l'autre sens, à environ 50m par la route du quartier. Astuce, stationner en dessus de l'immeuble – la route touche le bas de l'immeuble aussi, les distances à l'appartement étant à peu près pareilles – ce qui rend plus facile rentrer les bagages. Antoine est un hôte très sympa, il y a aussi la réception doté pendant les horaires normales; tout dit, nous avons eu des très très agréables vacances, en fonction de ce que je décris :-)

Attractive apartment close to slopes.

Apartment is brightly furnished with attractive curtains and covers. It looks out ( in our stay) to snow covered trees with mountains catching the early morning sun. The lounge/kitchen area is spacious and open to kitchen. The owners have put a boot drying area by the front door. The apartment has easy access to pool table/lounge in the reception area. The owners clearly enjoy their apartment and were very helpful and quick to reply to our questions. It was in a spotless condition and we would certainly recommend it to our friends. We skied to and from each day via a freshly pisted red run each day and could quickly get into lift systems taking us into Courchevel,La Tania and Meribel. There is also a frequent minibus service to village. We will try to return next year. Many thank to Antoine for a memorable stay.

Un excellent séjour à Courchevel, l'appartement est bien arrangé et dispose de tout le nécessaire. Skibus au pied de la résidence sinon départ ski au pieds à 50m et retour au pied de la résidence.

Séjour agréable

Séjour agréable. La résidence un peu à l'écart de Courchevel village centre se situe néanmoins à quelques dizaines de mètres d'une piste rouge et donc l'accès au domaine skiable est rapide. Logement bien équipé et fonctionnel.

Great apartment close to slopes in Courchevel 1550

We had a fantastic time staying at Antoine's apartment. We were two adults and two children (8 and 11) and booked this apartment last minute because our travel plans changed. Antoine was very communicative and answered all my questions quickly and easily. We arrived late on Wednesday when the receptionist for the hotel is off, but the keys to the apartment were readily available. the apartment itself, was small, but had everything you need. There was a full bedroom for my wife and I and then bunk beds for the children. If you have not stayed in an apartment like this before you might be surprised that you have to rent sheets and rent towels, but it is a do it yourself vacation and these costs were not expensive at all (total extra cost was 60 euro). The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook two nice meals. There is a small supermarket in the village, a larger one on your way into Courchevel and a more extensive supermarket (actually two) in 1850. Getting to the slopes was easy. We rented our skis from Raymonde Sport, but you can also rent skis from other places. Renting from Raymonde worked out well, because we left our skis and boots in the shop overnight and then walked back and forth from the hotel. The walk into the village is about 5 to 10 minutes. There is also a shuttle, but we did not need to take this. The walk was fine. The town is very cute and has a few restaurants and a few stores. If you are also cooking for yourself, there choices are perfect and you do not need anything more. In the center of town is the Gondala for skiing. This takes you directly into the hub of 1850. I would be hard pressed to believe that is much easier to get into the center of the ski lifts, even if you were staying in 1850 proper. The Gondola goes till from 8,45 to 7.30, so you can easily get up to 1850 before the most of the lifts start there. We did ski school for our children and we were a half hour early the first day. Because the lift is open to 7.30, you can get up to 1850 walk around have a hot chocolate (for a price) and still easily make it down. If you want to have dinner in 1850, you would have to take the shuttle back. That said, we would ski down to 1550 (despite a limited amount of snow, they kept the trail into town really well groomed). Change into our boots and head right back up the gondola. All in all the apartment was great for quite a remarkable price. This is not a five star hotel but a place perfect for a family of 4.

Je recommande!

Bon rapport qualité/prix, certes ne disposant que d'environ 30m2 mais il est très bien optimisé. (Nous étions 5 adultes) il est egalmeent très bien équipé (lave vaisselle, appareil à fondue, raclette,...). D'un point de vue localisation il faut compter 10 min à pieds pour courchevel 1550, 1850 étant plus difficile d'accès (navette/voiture indispensable). Par contre vraiment proche des pistes (rentrée possible ski aux pieds jusqu'au local à ski)

Résidence agréable et calme au milieu des sapins

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour , en mars , dans un appartement lumineux , confortable , bien organisé , très propre , calme , avec une vue hyper agréable sur les sapins et au loin le village du Praz . Il est aisé de partir de l'appartement avec les les navettes gratuites jusqu'aux oeufs ( 2 mn ) , où de prendre la piste des Brigues , à coté de l'immeuble , aller et retour . Petit bonus : le propriétaire , au téléphone , hyper sympa …. Adeptes de la station de Courchevel , nous retournerons volontiers dans cet appartement à 1550 Nous recommandons cet appartement loin des paillettes et près des pistes ! Pierre et Bénédicte

Très bonne location

Appartement très bien entretenu, propre, avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Très bien agencé, on ne se sent pas à l'étroit. Proche des pistes et au calme. Propriétaires de bons conseils et très accueillants. A 10 minutes grand maxi à pied du centre du village. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour Courchevel.

Pleasant apartment in guilt area

Apartment is good equipped en well kept. We enjoyed our stay very much. Apartment is on the reception level but parking en bus stop are both three levels up or down. Description de la location et de sa situation correctes. Conseils du propriétaire + livret d'accueil bien pratiques. Equipement tout à fait satisfaisant. Appartement agréable, bien décoré, lumineux. La piste proche de l'appartement est rouge donc elle n'est pas praticable par des débutants.
