The apartment doesn’t have someone to care for the things that are broken,the ac doesn’t work properly and there’s no parking on the premises

The property was a good value for what was paid , the pictures were mostly accurate and it was very clean . It did advertise a Pool/hot tub and there was one on the top floor but it was out of commission and being renovated and no one said this . No hot water for those who care , and the shower head was off the wall but a handheld one just sitting there not anchored to the wall at all . Ac is in bedroom only but if you leave the door open it will go to the living room .The location was easy to get to and find since it’s off a main/known road there. Not too much very close walking distance around but Uber is easy to catch and cheap. The windows are thin so you can hear everything outside going on as if it were happening in the place . Overall not bad just left a detailed review for those who care about the little things . Good value , and clean for the price and nicely decorated

Close but no cigar.

I have rented several other Verbo listings to great satisfaction, which is why I had no problem. Choosing this one thinking it would be the same. It was not, a Jacuzzi was advertised and both times I asked if they can prepare it for me. They said yes then later said that it didn’t work Because the lights weren’t functioning Never did we have hot water or any clear place to throw garbage. Overall, the communication was there, but without the amenities promised, including a broken bathroom faucet and the no hot water situation it left bad taste in my mouth. I will definitely not be renting this place again. 4 days of cold showers brrrrr.

Deben tener alguien encargado de la limpieza en el edificio,el apartamento necesita mas cuidado se están dañando las cosas y nadie le está poniendo asunto,me quisieron dar un apartamento equivocado,la puerta de entrada se daña y puedes quedar afuera,tienen que poner más atención al lugar en general
