Villa des Orangers is a beautifully renovated country house combining modern amenities and refined interior decoration. Driving past two electrical gates, travellers can reach the property's covered parking area for up to 3 cars which are fitted with an electrical car charger.  The expansive garden surrounds both sides of the house. On the south side, is a large swimming pool which can be covered with an electrical security shutter keeping the water very warm; it is surrounded by a wooden deck terrace equipped with 6 sun-beds. On the side of the pool is the barbecue area with a dining table and chairs and plenty of lighting for the evenings. Various entertainment activities are also possible in the gardens: a trampoline, a ping-pong table and even a Pétanque court (boule game). Travellers can also enjoy different parts of the gardens either under the shade or in the sunshine.  In the garden is also an elegant fully air-conditioned studio pavilion with a 160x200 double bed, a TV, and an en-suite shower room.

The main house is spread across 300 square metres and 2 levels. The contemporary and airy kitchen is equipped with a professional gaz cooker (a piano), a gaz and an electric oven and is completed with two refrigerators and one freezer. Adjoining the kitchen is a charming and elegant veranda with a dining room so travellers can enjoy evening meals under the night sky. A laundry room equipped with washing and drying machines is right behind it.  The dining area has direct access to the north part of the garden and to the adjacent grand salon. With beautiful seating arrangements and another dining area, this expansive living room enjoys another veranda area with tall glass windows which also overlooks the garden.  A smaller en-suite living room/TV room with large comfortable sofas can be found down one step.

The first floor of Villa des Orangers is dedicated to the 3 double bedrooms. First, is the master bedroom with a 180x200 bed and an ensuite shower room and toilet, the second bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a smaller extra junior bed and lastly, the third bedroom with a 140x200 bed with its own television. These bedrooms share a large shower room with 2 sinks and a towel radiator.

Villa des Orangers is in the neighbourhood of Aiguelongue just north of Montpellier. Aiguelongue is a sought after residential area with lots of close access to the beautiful Parc Meric, the Lez River, the zoo. Many good shops and restaurants can be found in this neighbourhood such as grocery stores, bakeries and delis, pharmacies, and even a tennis club, gym and spa, the Club 7, less than 5 minutes drive away. This neighbourhood is also connected to Montpellier city centre by tram in a couple of stops.
