Beautiful loft Las Canteras

Anne made a booking for 45 days for 1 adult. After booking she said that perhaps there would be "another person" coming just for part of the period. The couch bed is comfortable because it has a double mattress and it is specified on the announcement that the size is 135 cm. We are not aware of people size, ages or their relationship when they book. We had individual guests and couples before, and they have slept well and have been happy in the apartment. In this case, a mature person of a big constitution and her 29 years old son, also of big constitution, in my opinion, should have made a different apartment choice, perhaps with two separate rooms, or at least two separate beds. When she booked, she didn't know exactly if she was coming alone, how long the other person was coming for or if he would come at all. At the end the son came for the whole stay and I knew that only few days before her arrival. Without asking permission (which probably I would have granted it, if they asked for), they put the mattress straight on the floor, together with a duvet and satin blankets. At least I hoped that the floor would have been kept clean, but instead we have found a thick layer of dust on the floor after they left the apartment. I offered cleaning service and informed them that there was a vacuum cleaner available in the apartment. The mattress protector was completely damaged by being on the floor, we had to throw it in the bin. We had provided Anne with everything she asked for and with pleasure: toilet paper, washing detergent, hand soap, rubbish bags, kitchen paper and considering that the apartment was fully furnished at the time of their arrival. We provided regularly extra sheets for the bed on the floor and the last day of her stay she ask for more toilet paper, which I gave her without a blink, for courtesy, because most clients during such a long stay, usually buy those things for themselves. The toilet was broken for a bad use of the clients, and again, my husband went straight to the apartment to fix it on a Saturday evening and with a smile. The street of the apartment is a narrow one way road, it is not noisy at all for being in town, it's beside the ocean, no traffic lights, but yes, during Carnival, in the heart of Las Canteras there could be some noise and music. For all these reasons we wouldn't host Anne again, because for us she has been a complicated and always unsatisfied guest who did not fully respected the rules of the house.
