This beautiful villa is located in the quiet countryside of Pescoluse, just 4 km from some of the most beautiful beaches of this stretch of the Ionian coast of Salento. Miles of sandy beaches with golden sand and crystal clear, mostly shallow waters, lined with dunes and Mediterranean vegetation.The villa was completely renovated in 2021 with great attention to detail and offers maximum comfort without sacrificing classic architectural elements of the area, such as the magnificent star-shaped vaulted ceilings and pretty porcelain ceiling lamps. It is equipped with a large living room with an open kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with a double bed or two single beds depending on your needs), two bathrooms each with a shower. Up to six people can stay in the house, two of them on the double sofa bed in the living room. Outside there is a shaded canopy and a modern gas kitchen with BBQ overlooking the pool, ideal for your al fresco lunches and dinners; an external bathroom and shower; and a beautiful pool for exclusive use (approx. 8 x 4 meters, depth approx. 1.40 m), also completed in 2021, surrounded by a large lawn area lined with olive trees and other Mediterranean plants. Also of note is the tasteful outdoor lighting that frames your evenings outside.The interiors of the villa are very comfortably furnished. There is air conditioning throughout the house and a modern heating system with gas boiler for the colder months the villa can therefore be used all year round. The kitchen is equipped with AEG dishwasher, oven, gas hob and large fridge freezer, plates, crockery, pots, cutlery and everything you need to prepare your own meals. There are also mosquito nets in all rooms and a washing machine. The business quality WiFi connection with unlimited data traffic also allows you to work remotely from the villa.The villa has just been added to our collection and is available at a reduced introductory price: seize the opportunity now for an unforgettable holiday at an excellent value for money!The villa is surrounded by a large private garden of about 6,000 square meters that offers maximum privacy and is located in a very quiet area. The nearest beaches are those of Pescoluse, about 4 km away; additionally, in the area of ​​Pescoluse and its neighboring town Torre Vado you will find numerous restaurants and shops. The house is not accessible by public transport, so we recommend a car, but there is also the possibility to rent bikes in the area. You can also rent boats with or without a skipper or take boat tours to the sea caves of Leuca, as well as engage in a wide range of sporting activities, including water sports. Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €24 per person. Final cleaning is not included and costs €100, unless you clean yourselves before departure. Pets are NOT allowed in this property. We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €600 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.
