Ci siamo trovati benissimo! L’appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla, immersa nella pineta, con parcheggio proprio sotto casa. La spiaggia è comodissima da raggiungere, circa 5 minuti a piedi. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il grande terrazzo, perfetto per fare colazione, pranzare e cenare all’aperto. Molto utile anche la lavatrice esterna. Il vicinato è tranquillo e l’atmosfera davvero piacevole. Siamo stati molto bene e torneremmo volentieri!

Vacanze rigeneranti al mare

Per il quarto anno ci siamo affidati a Maremmalink per il nostro soggiorno al mare e non possiamo che confermare l'ottimo giudizio gia' espresso in passato.L'appartamento all'arrivo si presentava peefettamente pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Gli spazi interni sono perfettamente studiati e arredati con gusto.Una grande terrazza provvista di tavolo e sedie completa il tutto.Molto silenziosa la zona . Particolarmente apprezzata la convenzione con il Bagno Capri . Un grazie particolare alla sig.ra Nicoletta come sempre gentilissima e presente per qualsiasi necessita'.

Relax in pineta

Tutto perfetto. Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort e pulizia impeccabile. La sig.ra Nicoletta è stata sempre disponile e veloce nel rispondere ogni qual volta ne abbiamo avuto bisogno (dal giorno della prenotazione fino a quello della partenza). Consiglio vivamente! Un piccolo microonde sarebbe un valore aggiunto

Hollywood Appartment und

Die Wohnung war Super. Der Weg zum Strand kurz. Parkplatz stand immer zur Verfügung. Am Wochende war es durch Tagestouristen voller, aber wir haben immer einen Parkplatz gefunden. Der Parklatz und die Straßen vor dem Haus eine Katasthrophe. Schlaglöcher und Wurzelerhebungen durch alte Pinien. Man muss aufpassen und sehr langsam fahren, damit man nicht mit dem Auto aufsetzt. Die Pinien spenden viel Schatten. Schlüsselübergabe und die Verständigung in Englisch dank Google Übersetzer war hervorragend. Eine Kaffeemaschine für Filterkaffee wäre nicht schlecht und eine Wolldecke zum zudecken, da die Klimaanlage manchmal trotz hoher Nachttemperaturen einen frösteln lässt.

Per il secondo anno consecutivo per le nostre vacanze estive a Marina di Grosseto ci siamo affidati a Maremma link e siamo rimasti totalmente soddisfatti. L'appartamento dotato di tutti i confort ci è stato consegnato perfettamente pulito e ha pienamente soddisfatto le nostre esigenze. Appartamento nuovo e assolutamente ben tenuto con tutto il necessario. Posizione comoda con il mare e parcheggio in pineta comodissimo proprio di fronte all appartamento. Particolarmente apprezzabile il patio esterno… lo abbiamo utilizzato colazione, pranzo e cena perché ottimamente riparato dal sole dagli alberi. Ottima comunicazione e servizio offerto da Nicoletta e dal marito. Tutto molto bene
