Located in a quiet, residential area, this apartment is nestled in a new-build estate predominantly occupied by families. It offers a peaceful retreat while being close to everything you need.
Enjoy your stay in this lovely apartment, situated in the heart of Beeston, Nottingham. The town centre is just a short walk away, where you’ll find a variety of shops, pubs, and restaurants to explore. Beeston is also conveniently located near the University of Nottingham's main campus and is home to the global headquarters of Boots, making it an ideal spot for both leisure and business stays.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.
