Each accommodation includes essential products (toiletries, soap, toilet paper, cleaning products) for the first 1 to 2 days.
It is the responsibility of the guests to replenish supplies during their stay if necessary.
For chimneys or washing machines, please purchase the wood and detergent yourself, as we do not provide these items.

#1 Bedroom: 1 double bed 180x200 with wardrobe
#2 Bedroom: 1 bunk bed with 2 sleeping spaces of 90x200. Equipped with barriers at the top and bottom, for the safety of the youngest.
BATHROOMS AND TOILETS
The apartment has a bathtub, ideal for young children.
Separate toilet with a hand basin and a washer-dryer in the same room.
SKI ROOM
The accommodation has a garage where you can store your ski equipment.

Domestic animals are NOT permitted on this property.

WATER HEATER READ CAREFULLY
In France, the operation of water heaters is different from that of many other countries. Hot water is stored in a tank that can empty if there is high consumption. The time to fill and reheat the tank varies between one and five hours, depending on its capacity.
We kindly request that you avoid prolonged showers or baths, unless you are the last person to use the bathroom and can wait until the next morning to refill it.
This is an integral part of life in France, so we thank you for your understanding and consideration.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
In the UK, the electrical network is limited; if too many appliances (such as a hairdryer and a microwave) are used simultaneously, the circuit breaker may trip. In this case, it will need to be manually reset at the electrical panel.
Please avoid using multiple devices simultaneously: this system, very common in French households, aims to reduce energy consumption. We ask you to use only what you need.
***GARDEN***
The apartment has a small garden of 40M2. Equipped with a table, 4 chairs, 2 sunbeds, a parasol ideal for lunch and dinner or taking a little nap with a view of Mont Blanc.
The apartment is ideally located, quiet while being close to the centre of Chamonix and very close to the Bois du Bouchet. Many walks can be done starting on foot from the residence, a luxury!
