We loved our stay here! Very charming, cozy and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was wonderful to cook in with every amenity you would need. The location is also close to many activities and a view of the Alps. Marie is a very thoughtful and kind host. Merci beaucoup Marie pour votre patience avec mon français ! Our six day stay in Chamonix was perfect. We loved our accommodations. We had an amazing experience. Modern ski resorts increasingly all feel the same and lack individuality and character. That was not the case in the small Chalet apartment. The location, ambience, and decor bring you in touch with the authentic historic character of Chamonix. The place was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Having historic character did not mean it lacked for modern conveniences. We had everything we needed. The remodels that have been done to the unit integrate in modern amenities, so we lacked for nothing. When we ran out of salt and needed a rolling pin, one was quickly provided. We are very grateful for the effort that was taken to make our stay so positive.

Amazing cozy chalet!

The place is very cozy and has everything you need for your stay. Very nice chalet style interior with modern amenities. Just a short 25 minute walk to center of Chamonix. Would definitely rent again!

A Little Bit of Heaven

Wonderful lodging and visit. Hostess was very helpful. Accommodation was cozy, clean, and comfortable with all the conveniences. Great location at the base of Mt. Blanc and the Needle and within walking distance from city center. Owner of chalet went out of her way to make our stay wonderful.

Friendly host. Beautiful view of mountains. Charming house with loads of amenities. Very comfortable. The walk to the center of town is quite doable—about 20 minutes.

The appartment was as described and had everything you need. Just outside beautiful views of the mountains and a 15min walk to the main city center street. Bus to the ski lifts was only a few min away from the appartment. We had a lovely stay! Thank you Marie for being such a freindly, kind and great host.

Nice Stay

Bathroom was inside one of the bedrooms which we did not know by looking at the ad. Luckily we know each other well. Nice place otherwise, a bit long to walk to the city. Host was super nice!

Fantastic week

Fantastic week in this well equipped little apartment on the outskirts of Chamonix. Close to bus stop and train so got to explore without using our car most of the week. Apartment is very well equipped with plenty of crockery, big TV, good shower etc. Marie was happy to meet us for check in and provided brochures for local information, we managed to communicate through our basic french and using Google translate. We had an amazing time doing lots of walks and making use of the many ski lifts that are open in the summer.

Chamonix treat

The apartment was excellent and had everything that we expected to make our stay comfortable. Our host, Marie, was welcoming and extremely helpful in every way. There was a wonderful view of the mountains from the garden. Shopping for food was easy with a supermarket nearby. Train and bus services were available within 10 minutes walk and it was possible to walk to Chamonix centre if preferred.

Last minute family ski trip

A very well appointed & clean chalet, a lot of thought has been put in to provide a pleasant stay, everything you need has been thought of. The host was there to greet us on arrival and was efficient with communication. This was a perfect base for a family ski trip( two children under 11) parking right outside and a 15-20 min walk into Chamonix or short bus ride. A supermarket & bakery only 5 mins walk away. Warm & cosy and with a great shower, would definitely stay again. Thank you Marie.

Awesome Stay

Our group was so happy with this lovely place that is beautifully appointed; the photos don’t do it justice. The setting is fantastic with an incredible view of the mountains right in front of the house. It is nice and quiet, comfortable and clean. Everything you need is provided. The showers are the best: modern and clean. There is a nice private sitting area outside and above all the host is friendly, helpful and approachable. Highly recommended! Thank you!

A perfect Chamonix hideaway

This was one of the two best Homeaway apartments I've ever stayed in. Marie-The was gracious and helpful and yet discreet. When I needed to see a doctor because of asthma, she answered my email within an hour. She greeted us on our arrival with a bottle of wine, showed us around and then departed. The apartment itself sits directly under the Aiguille du Midi, has a beautiful terrace, is execeptionally well equipped (from a drying rack to two corkscrews and plenty of plates, pans, etc. and is snug and comfortable. We would and will stay here again.

Perfect location and apartment in Chamonix!

I can highly recommend the apartment of Marie in Chamonix. She was very kind, warm and welcoming and we had a perfect stay there. the apartment was clean, big and was just perfectly equipped. Nothing was missing. The location is perfect and quiet and from the garden you can even see the Aiguille du Midi, which is just amazing. You will get a card for guests, which grants you free bus rides and discounts on several activities. The center of Chamonix is only a 15 minute walk away. Our stay there was a 12 out of 10! Don't hesitate to book. Chère Marie, merci de nous avoir laissé rester avec vous. C'était juste parfait.

Beautiful Apartment with a wonderful host!

Three adults and one child stayed at this beautiful apartment for a few days during Feb half term in order to experience some of Chamonix many ski resorts. The apartment itself is wonderfully decorated and equipped with everything you will need to have meals in should you wish too. Its is located around a 15 minute walk from the centre but there are a couple of bus stops around the corner (about a 5 mine walk). The location itself is very quiet an peaceful on a private cul de sac, if getting transfers from the airport I would recommend door to door service as it would be a bit of a way from the main bus station with cases. The decoration of the apartment is lovely, and whilst we were there we experienced some below zero temperatures but were really warm thanks great heating!! I highly recommend this apartment and the host, we had an amazing few days and will be looking to go back next year!

Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location ! Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille dans l'appartement et avons été très bien accueilli. Le logement est très propre, très bien équipé, cosy et idéalement situé (au calme, commerces accessibles à pied, arrêt de bus à 2 minutes à pied, possibilité de garer la voiture). Un lieu idéal pour visiter Chamonix et randonner dans la vallée !
