A town house over four floors, less than a five minute walk from Porth beach between Newquay and Watergate Bay. Spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining room on the first floor with a private balcony offering sea views. Living room with a large corner sofa, chair with footstool, rocking chair, coffee table, local artwork, Smart TV, Sky sports and BT sports packages, and large doors leading onto the private balcony with sea views in the distance. Dining area with large wooden table, five chairs and a bench, seating up to eight guests. Fully equipped kitchen with Neff electric hob, oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kitchen island, two breakfast bar stools, digital radio, and door leading out a stunning three tiered garden. Lower ground floor with utility room consisting of washing machine and dryer. Table tennis available in the garage. WiFi.

Second floor master bedroom on the second floor with king size bed, double wardrobe, wall mounted TV, wall length mirror, dressing table with stool, chair and private balcony with sea views in the distance. Second bedroom on the second floor with a super king zip & link bed (can be made into two singles), small wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, lamps and garden view. En-suite with luxurious walk in rainfall shower, touch screen led light mirror, heated towel rail, wash basin and WC. Ground floor bedroom with super king zip and link bed (can be made into two singles), double wardrobe, bedside tables, lamps and access to private patio, complete with a bistro table and chairs.
