The bedroom on the ground floor has its own private adjoining bathroom with bath and WC and a mezzanine with a cosy sitting area to relax in. The covered, heated private pool (5 x 10 metres) is not just for the kids. There is also a shower room with WC in the garden. The garden offers plenty of space to play. Garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue are available. Plounéour-Trez, this sociable seaside resort is located in a beautiful bay that stretches for kilometres. The nearest town is Brigognan. The varied coastline provides a fantastic backdrop for the typical Breton villas, extensive white sandy beaches, small creeks and enormous rocks. The surrounding area offers all kinds of activities such as sailing, mountain biking, mini golf and horse riding. For anglers this is a true paradise and with its many hiking trails it is also a very attractive area for hiking enthusiasts, the coastal hiking trail GR 34 stretches around the whole of Finistère. The fireplace in the living room is only decorative and cannot be lit. Limited WIFI reception.
