Escape to this beautifully renovated granite house in Plounéour-Trez, where countryside charm meets coastal adventure. Surrounded by a lush, landscaped garden filled with flowers and an orchard, this spacious home offers privacy, comfort, and plenty of room to unwind. The ground-floor bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, while a cozy mezzanine provides a quiet nook for reading or relaxing.

The highlight is the covered, heated private pool (5×10 m), perfect for both kids and adults. A garden shower room with WC, barbecue, deckchairs, and outdoor furniture make alfresco living a delight. Though the fireplace is decorative, the house offers warmth and charm year-round.

Located in a scenic bay near Brigognan, Plounéour-Trez is a sociable seaside resort with dramatic coastlines, white sandy beaches, and rocky creeks. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the sailing, mountain biking, horse riding, and hiking trails—including the famous GR 34 coastal path.
