Este impresionante piso vacacional en Málaga se encuentra en la octava planta de un edificio con vistas a la famosa Plaza de la Merced, lugar de nacimiento de Pablo Picasso.



Totalmente reformado, este moderno apartamento vacacional dispone de dos platas, ambas con dos amplias terrazas.



La planta principal de este magnífico ático cuenta con tres dormitorios: el primero con cama doble (150 x 200 cm), el segundo con 2 camas individuales (90 x 200 cm), y el último de ellos con una cama individual grande (135 x 190 cm). El piso ofrece una capacidad para un total de 5 personas. Justo al lado de los dormitorios, están situados dos amplios cuartos de baño acondicionados con una placa de ducha cada uno.



Además de esto, en esta planta encontrará, al salir de la zona del salón, una terraza con un comedor exterior cubierto con una pérgola para disfrutar de un almuerzo o de una cena al aire libre, así como una ducha para refrescarse durante los días de verano.



En la planta superior, podrá disfrutar de una enorme terraza que se puede utilizar como solárium durante el día, relajándose en una de sus cómodas tumbonas, o para ver el atardecer desde la zona "chill-out" por la tarde-noche. La terraza de la azotea ofrece impresionantes vistas 360º sobre la Alcazaba, la Catedral y el centro histórico. Pocas viviendas como esta en el centro de Málaga gozan de tan privilegiadas vistas.

Great location and some of the best views in Malaga from the terrace. The apartment was a little compact but we knew that when we booked it. The management company was very communicative and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment. The two terraces have the best views in Malaga and theyre both huge! Enjoyed eating breakfast outside and then sitting looking out over the city at night with a glass of wine! The apartment is very well equipped,spotlessly clean and has a very comfy bed!

Beautiful apartment .

Very comfortable and clean.Lots of crockery, glasses and pots and pans . Comfy beds . Fantastic views .Great outside dining area and seating. Table mats for the dining table .

We will be booking this place again on our next visit. Extremely clean, amazing location, and so comfortable to spend an afternoon. The terraces were the perfect place to spend an afternoonevening with some wine. The restaurants, cafes, and bars in La Plaza de la Merced right outside the front door were so much fun and there is even a grocery store in the plaza as well.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was centrally located and near restaurants, bars, and attractions. The rooftop was beautiful and enjoyed spending time with eating tapas, drinking wine, and taking in the views. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend.

Fabulous apartment in the heart of Malaga town

We particularly loved the large terraces overlooking the whole of Malaga. The upper Terrace has a panoramic view and is stunning from morning to night. Would definitely stay here again It would be nice to have a small welcome package, including water in the fridge, but otherwise everything perfect from Solaga. Would always use Solaga when staying in Malaga.

Lovely apartment with great views.

The views from the terraces were great and the apartment is in a vey good location next to the old town. The A/C worked really well and our welcome and departure with Carlos was friendly and helpful. A few basic items would have been nice.

Appartment with incredible views

The property has two terraces on two levels. The roof deck was very spacious and allowes to absorb the vibes of the city from the rooftop. We appreciated the incredible views. Fantastic location of the appartment gives you the perfect combination of a good neighborhood (restaurants, bars, patisseries, groceries etc) with a space to relax in. Great jump-off point to explore the city from. Malagueta beach 15 min walking from the appartment.

Hot floor on balcony !!

The flat was just as the pictures, great view, aircondition needs a manual...outdoor shower was very usefull, all shops you need in the area, very central location for trips around Malaga, beware ...floor on terraces gets VERY hot during the day...shoes a must transport from and to airport was booked and was also 5 stars. I'll be back !

Amazing accomodation

Great location in the old town, close to so many lovely bars and restaurants and still only a10 minute walk to the beach The outside terraces were superb with lots of space for everyone and great views The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The Solaga representatives we met on arrival and departure were so lovely. It was great that we were able to check in a little bit early and leave a little bit later - that was really appreciated - thank you so much. I would always book with Solaga in Malaga. I appreciate that this is outside of the control of Solaga and the apartment but the building works next door are really noisy. Work started at 7.30am and a crane was often moving across the terraces which was somewhat disconcerting.
