City Center Deluxe +Steps away from Downtown Scene

You will be staying in an apartment located on the second floor, just a five-minute walk from Alameda Central Park and the Palace of Fine Arts.

Restaurants, cafes, nightlife, and more are within walking distance.

You will find access to public transportation just a few steps away; you can take the metrobus, metro, or private transportation. Paseo de la Reforma and the most important museums are within a maximum of 20 minutes from the apartment. Amazing!

Iconic museums are just 5 minutes away.

The entire apartment is only for you. In the apartment you will find one queen very comfortable bed in each bedroom and a matress in the floor can be requested for the 5th guest. A spacious kitchen and two bathrooms that we all look forward to after a very tiring day of traveling. There is no noise coming from outside, making the stay very pleasant after a long tour/business day.

There are 2 televisions, one in the living room, and another small one in the main room.

The building has surveillance and front desk service 24hrs as well as surveillance cameras in common areas which will make you feel very safe during your stay.

In case of any special requirement we can gladly help you.

Early check in or late check out IF AVAILABLE have a cost of $150.00 MXN per hour.

You can also chose to book the storage room to guard your belongings for an extra cost of $250.00MXN per arrival or check out day.

Enjoy the minibar products that we sell in the loft to make your stay more comfortable and don't worry about going to buy the basics or even a souvenir.

The laundry service has a cost of $70.00 per load, it must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and the delivery time is 24 hours.

Sécurité

L'appartement est propre et agréable. Il y a des prostituées dans la rue. Elles ont abordé mon conjoint à 2 reprises le soir. Malgré tout, je me sentais en sécurité dans la rue. L'immeuble est protégé par 2 gardiens de sécurité.

Comfortable, safe apartment in an outstanding location. Building is unassuming at street level; knock on the black door next to the call box and the friendly door person will let you in. Adriana is a thoughtful and responsive host. Highly recommend.

Great Apartment

The apartment is exactly as the pictures show. It was very neat, well equipped and comfortable. The location was very convenient for public transportation. The area surrounding the apartment was not so great. There is a park right across the street but the building facing the front of the apartment on the right side is dilapidated and vacant. Needless to say there are homeless people nearby and prostitutes hang out on the street and near the park. If you do not mind that, it is truly a quiet apartment in a big city. The staff there are wonderful and extremely helpful!!! A true gem in Mexico City.

Perfect location

Let me start by saying the Host was amazing and very accomodating. We got in extremely early and we were able to get in and go to sleep. She also gave us great information to enjoy the festival. The location of this room was perfect. We were within walking distance of everything. Great food in every direction. The door men are amazing and made us feel secure. The house keeper was the best! I would definitely stay here again. GREAT LOCATION, GREAT APARTMENT, GREAT PEOPLE.

Safe place to stay

Building is clean, heavily secured with cameras. The doorman was very friendly and even recommended where to go eat. Easy to navigate as well as get access to the apt. Apt was very clean, though the walls are thin and you can hear everything. Luckily we were out and about all day so we used it mainly to sleep. Overall it’s great for the price. She let us do a late checkout as well for a few. So it was great overall experience.

Great

The location is great, close to the metro and walking distance to a lot of central sites. The internet didn't work the last 2 nights but nothing the owner could do since it was a faulty modem. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Overall a great experience.

Not worth the hassle

The property was average. The toilet seat in the master bathroom was crooked. The showers in both bathrooms sprayed everywhere and went outside of the shower door, making everything wet. The entire home needed updating, especially the bathrooms. The home was humid and the fans provided did not work. The cleanliness was average. The host also inappropriately accused me of stealing a hair dryer that I never saw on the property, and was unwilling to have any acknowledgment that she or her housekeeper could have made a mistake. My family does not use hairdryers and there is no way we accidentally packed a large hairdryer in our already overstuffed luggage. Based on the sentiment from the security guards in the building the host is difficult to work with generally. The location is livable and close to a lot of things, but it is not worth the effort for an unreasonable host, an unnecessary and unwarranted charge, and an average cleanliness for the property. La propiedad era normal. La tapa del inodoro del baño principal estaba torcida. Las duchas en ambos baños rociaron por todas partes y salieron por la puerta de la ducha, mojando todo. Toda la casa necesitaba una reforma, especialmente los baños. La casa estaba hĂșmeda y los ventiladores provistos no funcionaban. La limpieza era normal. Lovely and clean

Easy walking distance to the sights, super clean and comfortable. Grateful for the fans, as there is no air conditioning. Would recommend!

Historic Mexico City

The apartment was clean and as described online but it was a nice surprise to find our beds Made and the apartment cleaned each day. Maria, the cleaner, was a lovely woman and went out of her way to accomodate our requests. The security men at the entrance made us feel secure within the unit as well. The only downside was that we encountered homeless people and prostitutes right outside our building. It was a bit intimidating to have to walk past them on our way home each evening. Luckily we were never accosted by them. The apartment was not in the best part of town but it was within walking distance of some of the "must sees" in Mexico City.

Excellent Stay!

Super new and clean apartment with nice decor in an incredible area for touring and enjoying the city. We walked to museums, enjoyed Alameda park, and the neighborhood. Despite concerns about this area of downtown, it was completely safe for our family. The housekeeper was very thoughtful about our needs and convenience and did an incredible job. Adriana was great to work with and a really cool person! We plan to stay in her properties again!

Cozy Stay

It’s a beautiful, comfortable and clean place. Close to a lot of places that you can visit in Mexico City. Hosting was nice and responde to all my questions and cleaners were nice people as well. I really recommend this place

Amazing place!

This rental is fabulous! The unit was so clean & comfortable! There was some confusion as to the unit number that was easily resolved. Also, the location is wonderful but you are across the street from an unlit park that looked a bit sketchy, however that being said, the building is very secure, and located near many great spots in CDMX! Adriana the owner was easy to reach if you needed her. And the gentleman at the front desk were so friendly and helpful! I cannot say enough good things about this place!

Great value in a central location!

This is such an incredible value for a comfortable 2 br 2 bath. The location is walkable to museums, parks, restaurants and transit. Also loved that there are 2 smart TVs in the living room and master for when you prefer to just relax after a day of sight seeing. The mini bar is well stocked and reasonably priced so you can have water, wine and snacks available upon checkin. And the host communication is friendly and fast. I would definitely recommend this rental.
