Beautiful Apartment. Excellent location. No A/C. Confusing check-in.

Overall, the apartment was very nice. The amenities and location were great. There was no A/C which made it hot at night but that might be a common thing in the EU. Not knowing about the A/C was my fault as I didn’t pay close enough attention to the listing so I don’t fault the property for that. Just a heads up to future renters. The check in process was actually very simple. However, all the information came the day of check in when we were on an international flight so we couldn’t solidify plans until we landed in Paris. This would easily be resolved if the check in information is provided 48 hours in advance. There was also a security deposit that was requested. While I didn’t mind giving a deposit at all, as it makes perfect sense, I wasn’t aware that one was required, so that was a surprise as well. Overall those were my only issues. The location and the suite itself were very nice and the process was smooth once it was communicated.
