THE SETTING
Pomerol is one of our most popular apartments, located on the pedestrian section of the famous rue Cler. It is often described by our guests as “charming”! Step outside every morning to rue Cler and be spoiled for choices amongst the best cafes, restaurants, gourmet stores and pastry shops that surround you!

THE APARTMENT
This 1 bedroom, 1.5-bathroom apartment is air-conditioned (with one powerful mobile unit) and showcases lovely views of the top of the Eiffel Tower. Newly remodeled, comfortable and perfectly furnished for your stay in Paris, the Pomeral offers all of the modern conveniences you could need. A decadent highlight of the is the stylish bathroom, which features a unique lion head tap in the luxurious bathtub.

There is a combination washer/dryer for your convenience.

THE LOCATION
Step out the front door of the building to discover a wealth of fresh French delicacies in a delightful neighborhood setting. Shop alongside Parisians or sit back at a café along rue Cler for the best people watching morning, noon or night. You'll also find a host of other top Paris attractions, including the Rodin Museum, the Champ de Mars, the Seine River and the stunning Eiffel Tower, just a short stroll away. Enjoy daily walks to local shops, boutiques and historic sites and then return to your welcoming studio apartment for a relaxing evening in your home-away-from-home.

Things To Note:

Max occupancy includes all members of your travel party, including children under the age of 2.

This property is suitable for 2 adults and a child. It is a tight fit for 3 adults due to limited space.

Mobile A/C unit in the living room that vents through a special hole in the window.

There is an elevator to the property. The property is not handicap accessible.

No smoking, no pets, no parties, non-working fireplace.

Excellent location and good amenities. The kitchen is european-size (i.e. small) but fully equipped. Great for breakfast and lunch, and why cook dinner when all these great restaurants are around. The management company provides great information on restaurants etc. The shower was hot and strong, and the bed is comfortable. If you are going to be in Paris for mre than a few days, this is a much better option than a hotel room.

We have stayed many times in the neighborhood. This was very clean, well stocked and good communication from 9AM on during the day. It was good for both of us. We come with a bit more luggage so the elevator took a few trips but we worked that out! Kitchen had everything you need. It was the location that we always come back to. Rue Cler always has everything you need!

This is the way VRBO should be. Lots of space (for Paris), great location, very clean & nice welcome package (including amenities for coffee, bottle of wine, etc.). Great apt and great location

We love the Rue Cler area and this apartment was exactly what we were looking for. We had everything we needed and would definitely stay here again or one of the other Paris Perfect apts. it was perfect size for two adults and a child.

We loved the Margaux apartment! It was located in the perfect area, close to the metro, wonderful restaurants and a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower. We loved drinking champagne and watching the tower light up at night. The Margaux apartment was huge and plenty of room for our group of 6. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. We loved having the washer and dryer! The guide left in the apartment with info on restaurants, shopping, the metro, etc. was fantastic. Thank you Paris Perfect for making our trip to Paris a once in a lifetime experience

I spend a week in this stunning Apartment at Rue de Cler! it is really as beautiful, maybe even more once you see the Eiffel Tour view out your window ! It was Perfect!

My apartment was perfect, I wanted for nothing. The kitchen was outfitted with everything a cook could need to prepare wonderful meals with all the wonderful food from Rue Cler just outside my door. The view from the dining room table and my bed of the Eiffel Tower was memorable. I enjoyed my visit and I miss my apartment so much already. Thank you, Paris Perfect, it was Perfect!

Why they chose this property

The decision to choose this apartment was simple: location, location, location. We chose the 7th arrondissement on the Left Bank of Paris after a long search, because it was the absolute best location we could find – combining a lively village-like atmosphere with an unbeatable location in the heart of Paris. Financially it was a stretch but it has been worth every penny. We wanted to live in a beautiful quartier located near the romantic Seine river, surrounded by bistros and shops and walking distance to classic Parisian sights including the Eiffel Tower. We also wanted a safe neighborhood, centrally located with easy access to landmarks, museum and fabulous open-air markets and specialty food stores. The 7th offered it all!

We loved the fact that the 7th has maintained its unspoiled village-like feel where we greet our butcher, baker and local cheese specialist daily. They know our favorite cheese and just how thick and browned we want our baguette. That is what we wanted to find – an authentic and intimate Parisian neighborhood. .

We tried a variety of neighborhoods and the 7th offered the best access on foot to everything we savor and enjoy about Paris: landmarks, museums and monuments on the Left Bank, to world class shopping on the Right Bank, to the antique dealers on the Rive Gauche, to the Musée d’Orsay, the Louvre, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower and even the Arc de Triomphe. We can walk to discount stores in the quartier next door, enjoy morning jogs and bike rides in the lovely Champs de Mars gardens across the street, take a sunset walk along the Seine to Place de la Concorde and home along the riverbank.
