The property offers a house and an outdoor fenced yard. In the yard, there is a private pool, deck chairs, 2 grills (gas grill + outdoor fireplace), outdoor table, terrace with outdoor furniture, and facilities for children (trampoline and mini-basketball).
Guests are provided with 2 parking spaces inside the yard.

Near the facility, at a distance of 1.6 km, there are 2 supermarkets, "Plodine" and "Konzum".
The well-known "Pizza & BBQ Buffalo" is 1.6 km from the house.
Near the town of Vodnjan is the most famous Croatian National Park "Brijuni". It is an archipelago that can only be reached by boat. There is a daily boat ride connection from "Fažana" to "Brijuni". "Fažana" is 5.6 km from the property. On the islands you can enjoy sightseeing, nature walks, eat in restaurants and ride on a local train. It is possible to visit the zoo and see dinosaur prints and remnants of Roman ancient culture.
