Welcome to this beautiful and new property located in a quiet residential area in Banjole, just 4 km from Medulin. It is an ideal retreat from the stress of everyday life, yet only a short drive from the beautiful beaches and other well-known tourist attractions. The interiors are bright, well furnished and modern. On the first floor there is the equipped kitchen with the dining area and the living room with direct access to the terrace. The property consists of three bedrooms, two double and one children's room with bunk beds. Outside you will find a cozy pool, a covered terrace and the lounge area. There is also a barbecue for delicious dinners. The entire property is walled and protected for privacy during your vacation. The property is perfect for a family vacation!
From the property to the beach is 2 km and the distance to the center is 3 km. The nearest grocery store is 800 meters from the vacation property. In 400 meters you can reach the surrounding restaurant.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus! Die Ausstattung war schlicht, aber völlig ausreichend, und alles war sauber und funktional – genau richtig für einen entspannten Urlaub. Besonders schön war es, bei gutem Wetter draußen am Pool zu sitzen und die Ruhe zu genießen, auch wenn wir den Pool selbst wegen der Temperaturen nicht genutzt haben. Das Haus ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung – das Meer ist nicht weit entfernt, und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum Fahrradfahren oder kleine Städtetrips, z.?B. nach Pula oder in andere charmante Orte der Region. Die Lage war angenehm ruhig, perfekt zum Abschalten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief reibungslos und freundlich. Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt – wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Das Haus ist sauber, modern und großzügig. Der Pool ist schön, besonders toll für kleinere Kinder. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Ein wirklich tolles Haus!!
