A modern, high-quality penthouse flat for up to 4 people, with views of the Baltic Sea and the Marina Wendtorf yacht harbour. Thanks to its elevated position, you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view and a maritime atmosphere from the balcony or terrace. The bright living and dining area, with an open-plan kitchen and large windows, offers a modern living experience. Underfloor heating, a bathroom with a rain shower and steam bath function, and a bioethanol fireplace ensure your comfort. A TV with a Blu-ray player and a soundbar with Bluetooth are provided for your entertainment. The bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living area can accommodate up to 4 people. The promenade, beach, harbour, restaurants and cafés are all nearby. Laboe, Kiel and Schönberg are within easy reach. At the Activity Centre, families can use the indoor playground and the black-light mini-golf free of charge; further playgrounds are located along the promenade. A free parking space is included with the flat. Start your day with a sea view, watch the boats in the marina and enjoy relaxing hours high above the marina’s rooftops. The combination of modern furnishings, private living comfort and proximity to the beach and promenade makes this penthouse flat an attractive retreat for couples and small families – for a relaxing holiday right by the Baltic Sea. Rented exclusively to holidaymakers for holiday purposes.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Bereits bei Eingang in die Wohnung wurde den Gast eine Preisliste vorgelegt, die nicht so aus der Buchung zu entnehmen war. Diese Preisliste listete den Gast zusätzliche Kosten auf. Für Strom, Heizung und Wasser. Der Gast wird genötigt die Kosten zu übertragen und damit zu übernehmen, obwohl den Gast zugesichert wird, dass durch die Buchung alle Kosten abgedeckt sind.
