Escape to the beautifully restored Katrič House, a traditional Slovenian farmhouse that combines rustic charm with modern comfort. Nestled in the peaceful village of Kamno, just a short stroll from the stunning emerald waters of the Soča River and perfectly positioned between Tolmin and Kobarid, this is your ideal base for exploring the natural beauty and outdoor adventures of the Soča Valley.

The Space
Katrič House offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, blending original features like exposed wooden beams, antique furniture, and a stone fireplace with all the conveniences of modern living. The house comfortably sleeps 1–6 guests, with flexible arrangements available on request.

Ground Floor:
Fully equipped kitchen and dining area
Open-plan living room with large sofa, digital TV and stereo.
Stone fireplace—perfect for cozy winter nights
Downstairs WC and laundry/boiler room with 9kg washing machine

First Floor:
Spacious double bedroom with countryside views. Bed is 200 x 200.
Single bedroom
Large bathroom with walk-in shower, spa bath, and toilet
Access to a generous wooden balcony with outdoor seating

Top Floor (Loft-style):
One double 200 x 200 and one single bed 90 x 180.
En-suite bathroom with shower
Relaxation zone with TV and games cupboard—ideal for children or friends
Sweeping views over the valley toward Tolmin
Outside:
Relax in the private, fully enclosed garden with outdoor dining area, traditional stone-built BBQ, and off-street parking for two vehicles.

Explore the Area:
Just a 10-minute walk brings you to the river—perfect for swimming, fishing, kayaking, or simply picnicking along the shore. Hike directly from your door into the Triglav National Park or visit the charming towns of Kobarid and Tolmin for shops, cafés, and restaurants—all within a 10-minute drive.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the house, garden, BBQ, and private parking.
