The beautiful Villa El Algarrobo has been newly finished in 2022 to an impeccable standard. This five-bedroom villa offers both a spacious interior and exterior decorated with stunning earth tones. 
Step inside and be met by a bright living space with crisp white walls reflecting the glorious sunshine. Lounge on the cloud-like sofas whilst watching the flat-screen TV and adjust the temperature to your liking thanks to the air conditioning with both heat and cooling functions. Enjoy a home-cooked meal at the stylish dining table after cooking up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen. Also on the ground floor is one of the five bedrooms, the spacious double room has fitted storage and air-conditioning. Heading upstairs, you'll find the four other bedrooms, two twins, and two doubles all with air-conditioning. The largest double has access to the large shared balcony with extra sun loungers and a dining table and a private en-suite. 
Outside is where the magic happens, we love this villa for the diversity of its outside space. The modern tiled pool terrace has sun loungers and parasols surrounding it for those who enjoy sunbathing but for those who prefer to enjoy the shade, there are many covered areas including the table tennis area. 
Ideally located, El Algarrobo is just a few hundred metres from all amenities you need for a fantastic holiday. Within short walking distance, you will find an array of shops, bars, restaurants, and well-loved sandy beaches. 

To access the villa there is a path which is 80cm wide alongside 2 steps. If you enter the villa via the back of the property, there are no steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 80cm wide. The path to the poolside is 70cm wide. The terrace is flat and tiles, with a small lip over the patio doors. All bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 60cm.
