From not having a king size bed to no hot water. Run. Location is sketchy at best. Check in was a night mare. Headed out almost as fast as i got in. This is not like it is listed. No hot tub. Tv has an antenna and no remote.

False Representation

This property is not what I booked!! I booked a whole home on Green Island with a jacuzzi exactly what it says & I ended up in a 2 flight walk up basic room, the host didn't even speak English or get back in touch with me even though I texted him & told him I didn't speak Spanish. He didn't communicate with me for 3 days since I arrived until I told him that I wanted a full refund!!

Property was difficult to find according to the address, but the accommodations were nice and clean. The host did not speak English, which made it difficult. Even texting was all in Spanish.

No one was there when we arrived to check in. Had to book another hotel. This hotel did not refund our money, tried to give us an additional day (a day that we couldn’t stay bc our vacation ended).

Terrible, false advertising

This was a terrible listing and the pictures and description are completely off. You are in the middle of a very unsafe neighborhood and the codes to get in the building and all the rooms are on google.

There were a lot of roaches in the room, there was not a trash can around anywhere and someone opened the door while I was still in the room and even though I had music on and I was inside they were looking around inside. Bathroom was not clean, thank God I brought my bathroom shoes and the toilet was disgusting. Area wasn’t so bad.

This property is falsely advertised as it looks nothing like the photos and the owner and brother try to scam you out of your money don't go here, it's located in the ghetto. Their were no ammenities not even a garbage can. The Wifi could not work in the room I was in nor the TV.

Do not stay here! This property is completely false advertising. There is no hot tub. There is not two bathrooms in the room. The property is unsafe. It was painfully obvious that people were coming into my room while I was gone. I’m not sure if it was the property managers, but I would assume it was because things like the table and chair would be moved back to the original position, etc. even though there is no maid service. You cannot walk the door from the inside and it is extremely sketchy all the way around.

This is a very TERRIBLE place, pictures are DECEIVING! I advised who ever intends to stay at this place to go see the place and area because it is NOT what you see in the pictures. We would never recommend anyone to stay there, there is a bar downstairs, loud music, very very trashy. It is unsafe place to stay. We DID NOT stay there that night and we looked for another place and ended up paying a little more because we did not feel safe there. It states that they have a pool and hot tub that is Lie! PLEASE FOR YOUR SAFETY GO SEE THE PLACE BEFORE YOU CLICK BOOK! I wish I could have gotten my money back but apparently I did not take pictures or video of the place because I just wanted to look for another place and just leave there.
