Place is great for a simple stay. Very close to the airport, beach, and store. Transportation to other parts of the island was very easy. Host was very responsive and attentive to what I needed before arriving. Great property for the price!

Walking distance to the beach so you dont have to pay parking. Close proximity to restaurants and bars as well. The place is super clean and cozy. I felt safe there too. I would stay again. The owner has a generator too in case the power goes out.

Checking in was super easy. Apartment has microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and a fridge. Air conditioner works well. Everything is as advertised. I had a great experience.

Perfect for What It Is!

The "apartment" is small, the bathroom & shower are small, the neighbor hood is fine, but after dark walking from the main street to the apartment is a bit eerie. However, I would stay in the apartment again and would recommend it to any solo traveler or couples who don't need a lot. The space worked perfectly for my needs & the location was great!

Was perfect

Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Very good for the price. Everything is walking distance around( beach,supermarket, restaurants, bars, casino). Local quiet neighborhood vibes. Has all basic stuff needed to come and chill after a day out. Very cute patio to enjoy your morning coffee and snack meals. Me and my mom loved everything about it ❣️😊🌴

Great location

It has everything you need even for cooking (it’s clear that the host was thoughtful) and it’s in a good location at a reasonable price. The only negative was the bed- it’s not very structurally stable and sags a bit in the middle making couple-sleeping less comfortable than it could be. There’s also bleach stains on the bedding/it could be cleaner. Overall, we were quite happy with it for a couple nights.

We knew that this property would not be fancy. It is well situated to restaurants as beautifuo beaches. Yes it is small but pretty well appointed kind of like students quarters. It is a quiet place, air conditioner and both fan work well. Very clean. Rudimentary kitchen equiment. Nice outdoor space to sit large tropical trees. TV has netflix.

Exactly what I needed

This place is perfect for a solo traveler trying to save a bit of money but still be in a desirable area. The bed was super comfortable, a/c worked well cooling down the room and the neighborhood was quiet. I only enjoyed the patio area once for a quick cig when I woke up but I could see myself sitting there for a while if I was in an extended stay. The only downsides were the non absorbent bath towels and the small shower with a shower head that needs replaced but the owner told me they would when I noticed them. I definitely plan on returning my next trip to San Juan.
