Town: Arisaig is a small settlement on the west coast of Inverness-shire, on the edge of Loch nan Ceall. An operating railway station, a hotel, a pub, a Post Office, and a variety of stores can all be found in this traditional Highland village. A rocky shoreline, a sandy beach, and breath-taking blue waters enhance the nature of the settlement. The settlement also offers panoramic views of the islands of Rum and Eigg. Visit the town's "The Land, Sea, and Islands Visitor Centre," where you may learn about the area's social and natural history by looking at new and old images and relics. There are numerous animal trips and island cruises available to keep you occupied while staying in the village. From April to late September, boats run between here and the islands of Eigg, Muck, and Rum.
