Fantastic apartment about 90 square meters, recently renovated with all its furniture and construction of very high quality. It is a sober, elegant apartment that conveys peace and spaciousness. Very elegantly decorated at the same time cozy. All its floor is parquet. It has a very spacious living room, 2 fantastic bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the living room there are 4 windows with a balcony so it is very bright. Also in all the rooms there are large windows that provide a lot of clarity. It has top-of-the-range airtight windows so that, in addition to clarity, it is a very quiet place despite being in one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of the city.

All rooms can be considered main rooms but they have been distributed so that guests can decide how they prefer to sleep. Both rooms have QUEEN sized beds. The kitchen is fully equipped to enjoy your stay. It has two complete bathrooms, one of them with an egg-shaped bathtub, ideal for taking a few pleasure baths. / WIFI and Air Conditioning.



Regarding its location, Calle San Vicente is one of the most beautiful streets in the old town of Seville. Being in the center you can go both to the most monumental part of the city and to leisure with the best restaurants and Sevillian sojo.



This is definitely an apartment for those people who don't want to make a mistake and go to a perfect place.

Peaceful and quiet, fantastic location, great amenities, plenty of space for two couples. This was our favorite place to stay of our whole 3-week trip including Portugal, Morocco, and Spain. So quiet, so peaceful, and perfect location.

Great three day in Sevilla

The apartment is close enough to the centre, about a 20-minute walk to the cathedral. Clean, very well stocked, and the sheets smelt amazing! It is two storeys up however, with no elevator, and I feel that should be mentioned in the description for those of us who have mobility issues!

Lovely apartment central Seville

The whole booking process was seamless. The apartment was exactly as listed - wonderful. The apartment is less than a 5 minute walk from Plaza del Duque and El Corte Ingles so all the main attractions of Seville are easily accessible hope to return soon.

Lovely centrally-placed apartment

This apartment is really lovely. Situated on a corner so windows on two sides mean it is filled with light. Decor is tasteful. More than full set of accessories - even a set of shotglasses. Check in and out straightforward. Very close to city centre and definitely walkable. For everyday needs there is a Dia three blocks away. High quality butcher, baker, fishmonger, bars and restaurants within 500m. If I was returning to Seville I would be definitely be coming back to this apartment.

First time in Seville

Wonderful property and location. Beds were very comfortable and there was adequate bedding. The air conditioning worked great making it very pleasant to stay there when it was hot out. My only complaint was getting in touch with the property manager. I did have to reach out to Vrbo to check in and I messaged and called a few times after to ask a few things and I did not get any response. Overall was very satisfied but communication could have been much better.

Lovely corner apartment.

The apartment on the corner was lovely, but, no lift and on the second floor , stair are a little dark especially in the evenings. But , it was ideal, easy walking to the many restaurants , main shopping and tourist areas, would definatly recommend.

Great location and spacious accommodation

See Old town Seville from a great location, spacious, 2 separate bedrooms with ensuites, all the utensils and cookware if you are so inclined. We would definitely book this place again if we were to return to Seville.
