Great apartment in Trastavere

Great apartment to tour Rome for a few days. Perfect location to walk or take public transit everywhere. Can hear cars on street at time but that happens when you are so close to downtown. Great for 4 people for a few days.

Fabulous Stay!

We loved our stay! Comfortable flat, great location and super responsive and great host. We were able to have an early checkin after a long flight. I know that isn't always possible but we were so glad it was this time! Valerio was very quick to respond to our messages and so helpful. We also loved the little elevator even though it was only one flight of stairs - my mother twisted her knee and the elevator just made things easier!

Lovely apartment in Trastevere

Nicely appointed. Great location steps from the river. Great windows. Comfortable beds. So clean. Host thoughtfully left nespresso pods, water, juice and cookies. Host was easy to reach and very responsive. Easy access. 40 minute walk from Termini train station. Grocery store nearby. Many pizzerias, pastry and gelato places right outside the door.

Nice area

We have just recently departed this apartment. It’s in a nice area.. I did NOT receive any check-in information for entering the apartment. It’s self check in without any codes.. The owner became very irate d when we showed up to the apartment.. I had previously let the owner know the time we were arriving.. We were not off to a good start.. when leaving I asked if the owner could call me a taxi. He simply refused. I had zero communication from the owner in the five nights that we stayed there.. also there are many small ants in the bathroom and the kitchen area.. The washroom has a very bad sewage odour. The fridge did not keep things cold. I didn’t let the owner know because I thought it was a minor problem. In hindsight I should have bothered him since I was nothing but “trouble” zero communication does not equal Trouble!

Problems should be reported so we can take action and fix them, the point is we wonder if they were real since they were not reported by anyone else before and after you checked out. You never answered the phone, you travel without internet, you showed up at home earlier than your check-in time (we had even arranged for you to get in early) and than the time you reported to us, however, it is our fault that this caused us "trouble". We do arrange transfers to and from airports or stations, but only if asked reasonably in advance, there is no way we call cabs without you giving us any data and 5 minutes before check-out, especially if you don't use politeness to ask for them.
