Lumineux nouvel appartement avec une vue et situé au centre

Idéalement situé à distance de marche de St. Place de Pierre, Vatican, St. Angel's Castle, Trastevere, Navona Square, le centre historique environnant, cet appartement est le nid parfait pour profiter de votre séjour à Rome.
Le bâtiment a été entièrement rénové il y a 7 ans. Il est isolé acoustiquement et équipé de l'air conditionné dans chaque pièce.
Le mobilier est neuf.
Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes avec 1 chambre et grand salon.

Casa Sangallo est à l'intersection de trois zones différentes de la ville: Borgo (le Vatican), Trastevere et Ponte, la zone du centre historique situé entre la place Navona et le château Saint-Ange.

La plupart des sites touristiques et de la vie nocturne sont à distance de marche.
En outre, deux stations de bus sont à 1 minute de marche offrant plusieurs itinéraires.

Property was in a great location. Host was wonderful. The washer works great the drying was not good. The floors were a little dirty and the rugs were not clean. Other than that all was great.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Loved the location. Right next to two bus stops. Felt like we were close to everything but just off the main areas to make it quiet and peaceful. We walked everywhere and loved it. Andrea was super helpful and easy to work with. Couldn’t have been better.

Nice, big, super clean New apartment in a very convenient location for seeing the city with multiple bus lines close by. Felt very safe in the area as a single woman visiting the city would highly recommend this property. Andrea was a very good host in every way. His English is excellent. Entry into the building was easy and very secure. I would’ve liked the kitchen to be a little bit bigger and more convenient for cooking. But all in all it served its purpose. I would definitely rent this apartment in the future.

The apartment was exactly as described, clean, attractive, and comfortable, and in a great location near the river in the center of the city. Andrea was super helpful and responsive. We'd definitely stay here again.

This was a super nice apartment for our 5 night stay in Rome. Spacious and clean, the little kitchen was fully appointed with everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning was great…the bldg regulates the hours it goes on but that was not a problem. There was also a fan. Very quiet in the apartment even though busy street outside. Very close to walk to Vatican, markets, and a few restaurants. There’s a coffee stand right across the street. Easy to get to Trastevere. Andrea was a wonderful host, very responsive to messages. He greeted us at check in and explained everything. He also arranged transportation for us from the airport and to our cruise which was very convenient and seamless. I would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay because the apartment was large,clean ,bright, had a little balcony off of the bedroom and had everything we needed for a home away from home...There was a large refrigerator, stove top, microwave, toaster, cooking utensils and best of all a laundry machine and an elevator!! The location was perfect as we were a nice short cut away from the Vatican, across the Tiber to Castel Sant'Angelo, and about a 15 minute walk to Pantheon and Piazza Navona. The host always replied promptly if we had a question, easy check in with him and he was very helpful in arranging private transportation for our return to the airport at the end of our stay. The location was perfect as there was a lovely restaurant just outside, for days that we were too tired to walk anymore.But lots of other restaurants within walking distance as well. A convenience store nearby, and a bus stop right in front of the building. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. If there was one minor thing we found uncomfortable it was the couch. Because it is a sofa bed the cushions always slid forward when you sat down and you found yourself sitting on the springs. But we made do. Looking forward to our next visit. and stay. Thank you also for the lovely bottle of wine and water. A Lovely touch.

Clean, modern apartment with a location that was a great central point to walk to all the tourist sites with plenty of restaurants also nearby. Management company was great to deal with and went above and beyond in returning a lost wallet to us at the airport. Highly recommend.
