This one bedroom, one bathroom apartment is excellently located just off the pedestrian Rue Meynadier in Cannes centre. It is just a few minutes walk to the beaches, the Palais des Festivals, and the famous Croisette.
The apartment is situated in a modern block with a lift, set well back from the street (which is pedestrian and so there is no road noise) but just a few hundred meters from the restaurants and cafes of the bustling Rue Meynadier.
The apartment has a double bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be joined together to make a double), fitted wardrobes and access to the terrace. The living room has a double sofa bed which can sleep a further 2 people and the apartment is fully equipped with TV, DVD, washing machine, oven and hob as well as a microwave. There is a bathroom with a walk in shower and a separate WC.
The car park Le Ferrage is next door if you wish to bring your car with you. A comfortable, well-equipped apartment for those who want to be in the heart of Cannes. BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit of 25% of the Rental value is required to confirm reservation.
The balance is due in full 6 weeks before the commencement of the
Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE.
Payments by Bank Transfer or Bankers Draft only, or by other method by agreement
AzurAccom may cancel the reservation if final payment is not received on or before due date.
A security deposit is due on check in. This may be given to AzurAccom in the form of a cheque, cash or Credit Card imprint. The monies will not be banked or transacted unless there is a problem and in consultation with the guest.
The owners of our homes would like to thank you for your interest in them. The owners and AzurAccom believe that this type of accommodation is an ideal way to spend your vacation or Business Trip. However there are Guidelines/Conditions we would like to see followed when booking apartments:
Number of occupants should not exceed the maximum number of people specific to each home/suite.
As property manager we are limited to making "Family Bookings" or "Corporate Bookings" or bookings to mature/responsible adult groups.
All Euro amounts are approximate rates only.
CHECK IN time is normally not before 4 PM (Check in is at AzurAccom offices where map, keys and directions are given) however, if the home is ready, an earlier check in will be possible.
CHECK OUT time is 11 AM. We have to enforce the check out time in order to have time to prepare the home for arriving guests. At check out time, we kindly ask you to lock up the home/suite and bring the keys to the front desk at the AzurAccom offices.
As occupants, you are responsible for damage or disappearance of furniture, appliances, and miscellaneous items in the home (normal wear and tear expected).
Please ensure that you conform to these guidelines before booking your vacation home/ Business apartment, suite or condo.
