This beautiful villa is located in a small Mediterranean village called Murvica, located near the city of Zadar. You have 11 km to the center and the airport. An ideal place for all those who want to be close enough to the city and the many beaches and yet have their privacy away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Zadar is an ancient city built in the center of the Croatian Adriatic, full of historical and cultural heritage. This location offers peace with the benefits of a position just outside the city center. Everything is close to here - beach, historic architecture, restaurants, and national and nature parks … If you are looking for activity, remarkable experiences, and rich cultural heritage, Zadar is the place for you. There are beach clubs, and coffee bars, and after midnight you can enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of night bars and discos.



Villa La Aurora can accommodate 8 people in 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are with double beds and one with 2 single beds. One double bedroom with a private bathroom is located on the ground floor, while the other three bedrooms are upstairs. A large and fully equipped kitchen with a dining area continues into the living room with a view of the pool, and a Playstation 5 game console is available. This beautiful newly built and modernly decorated villa will delight you with details and shades in earthy tones that make it truly special. In addition to the unique interior, you will also be delighted by the size of the garden where you can enjoy on the sun loungers by the heated pool while sipping your favorite cocktail. This villa also offers an outdoor barbecue for preparing traditional Dalmatian specialties. Furthermore, the villa is ideal for families with children, and there are many facilities at your disposal; a table tennis , a table football, a basketball hoop, a playground for the youngest guests with a trampoline, swings and a slide...

Great stay near Zadar

Very welcoming hosts, Marina and Ivan, property is quite new and has every modern convenience. Lovely touch was the basics in the fridge and cupboards, so could relax straight away. Really was a great villa. Book with confidence. David

A great villa

A very nice modern villa with everything that you need for a great vacation. Large pool, barbeque, and great outside space. We stayed two adults and two children but the villa is big enough for two families. We rented a car and it is a 10 minute drive from Zadar. There is also a small supermarket and a bakery within walking distance. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Welcoming

This property is suitable for different age groups. There are lots of activities you can enjoy doing in the garden. You can swim, play ping pong, badminton, have fun in the trampoline... We also greatly appreciated the warm welcome from the owners.

Top Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern

Wir durften die Villa „La Aurora“ eine Woche genießen. Schon bei der Ankunft war alles top vorbereitet, das Haus angenehm heruntergekühlt, im Kühlschrank erwarteten uns eine große Melone und 5 Liter Wasser. Die Villa wurde neu erbaut und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so im Urlaub benötigt. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und dabei trotzdem unaufdringlich. Check-In/Out waren total unkompliziert. Haus, Pool und der Hof waren super sauber. Wir haben und dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder kommen. Die Laage ist absolut OK, bis Zadar sind es keine 10 Minuten mit dem Auto.
