Eat breakfast at a glass table as tall windows summon daylight into this renovated apartment in a 16th-century building. The forest green interior boasts stylish appliances and fixtures, while retaining classic furnishings and a chic stone fireplace.

Located on the third floor of an ancient building, the apartment is right in the heart of Venice and overlooks a typical campo (square) on one side, and a canal on the other side. There is no car traffic, instead you can take in the many traditional sounds of Venice: church bells, street artists, and gondolieri singing as they cruise by.

All of us enjoyed our time in Venice. The apartment was just as advertised and a great location. Only problem was that it is on the third floor and a bit challenging with heavy suitcases.

Gorgeous apartment, great location.

We loved everything about our stay! The location was fantastic, the apartment was spacious and well stocked and had great beds. Super clean! We would absolutely stay here again. Our local contact Nicola was the absolute best. Our luggage was delayed and he met the courier for us to get it back the next day, he was so helpful and great. We had an amazing time.

Fantastic place in the heart of the city

What an incredible place to stay. First off, it was spotless. Tall ceilings, and the apartment just felt spacious. The kitchen had everything you could want and all the amenities were modern; clearly recently remodeled. The location was perfect. Less than five minutes to the Rialto bridge, maybe ten to st. Marks. Shops and restaurants literally outside your door. An easy walk to multiple gondola pickups and twenty minutes walk to the train station. Nicola was extremely easy to work with and gave us helpful suggestions for whatever we needed. It’s up three flights of stairs (no elevator) but even that was ok cause you could see the canal next to the building from the stairwell windows. In short, 10/10 and would stay here again any time I came back to Venice.

Sehr schönes Apartment in perfekter Lage. Geschmackvoll ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und uns darauf gefreut, nachmittags im Apartment auszuruhen, bevor es wieder losging. Perfekte Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer und dem Betreuer der Unterkunft - beide haben sehr freundlich und prompt reagiert und uns mit vielen Tipps ausgestattet. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung und herzlichen Dank!
