A Luxurious and secluded 3 bedroom villa with 3 en suite bathrooms, air conditioning throughout and a private heated swimming pool (between May - October ) with breathtaking sea views. The villa is suitable for family with children or three couples to share.

Unbeatable locations:
The villa is in a central location on the Cumbre Del Sol with the supermarket direct opposite which has amazing bakery selections, freshly baked croissants, vegan/seeded/rye warm bread to simple baguettes for breakfast or lunch all you need for a hassle free BBQ. You can have a quiet relaxing time by the heated private pool or just walk cross the road to the famous local restaurant, La Cumbre, with a big swimming pool suitable for all ages while you enjoy your meal. It has various traditional tapas. After a brisk walk in the morning to the local beach, you can also enjoy the amazing coffee and endless healthy breakfast choice in the Pure Kitchen which located opposite of the villa next to the supermarket. The Pure Wellness centre offers all sorts of beauty treatments, massage, spa days all the advanced skin treatments and hair cut etc. You don't have to go too far for all your holiday relaxation wishes.

Local attractions:
The local beach - Cala del Moraig beach is a natural cove within walking distance with popular snorkeling and paddling boat classes. It provides nature stunning cliff and mysterious caves.

There are two famous beaches nearby in Moraira and Javea, around 15minutes drive from the villa. Both locations offers gorgeous beach and many amazing restaurants and shops.

Conviniente facilities:
The Villa has Free WiFi , Internet and international TV programs. There is a cot bed for young families. Bose speaker for a party night. Selection of books (in the storage under the sofa), indoor table tennis and children toys and the swimming pool floats, lilos and beach towers , bath towers are provided.

We did not meet our host but we had very good contact with them ,checking in was very easy and we were told everything we needed to know about finding the villa and places to see.The villa is very well equipped and a really comfortable place to spend a family holiday. The views are amazing and the added bonus is the heated pool. We will definitely return in the future.

The villa is lovely, the views spectacular and the rooms spacious. There were some little niggles; the toaster broke and requests to replace ignored, the electrics regularly tripped.

Dear Steven, Thank you for your review. I am glad you enjoyed the spacious space of the villa. Hope you had a good relaxing time despite the toaster incident. I instructed the house keeper to replace the toaster straight away. Unfortunately she look after many villas and it is the busiest season for her during the summer. We only found out after your holiday that she has completely forgotten to order the toaster. I apologise sincerely. I have purchased a brand new BBQ machine , an air fryer and a brand new toaster. The electrician came and replaced the wires. Hopefully we can welcome you back in the future to enjoy all the new replacements and additions. Thank you for your time to review the villa. Perfect villa to relax and unwind

Stunning villa with unbelievable sea view. Lovely pool with comfy shady terrace areas, much needed in the heat! Situated in a quiet residential area but perfect for our needs. Fantastic tapas bar and cafe within walking distance. A car would be useful but with a well stocked supermarket across the road and beautiful beaches a short taxi ride away, it wasn't necessary for our weeks' stay. The villa was more than well equipped and we would definitely recommend and seek to book again.

Beautiful villa, magnificent view, UNHEATED SWIMMING POOL

The accommodation is truly high-quality: location, comfort, cleanliness, maintenance, and welcome. The only problem: THE POOL WASN'T HEATED IN APRIL, despite asking the owner. The answer was that the outside temperature of 23 degrees was too low to activate the system...This is unfortunate for a luxury rental.

Dear Daniel, Thank you for your review. Despite the swimming pool wasn’t heated while you stayed in the villa I hope you had an amazing relaxing time. The swimming pool is heated 10 months a year. When the weather forecast is a bit low, we will switch off the heater due to the swimming pool is on the mountain and had no covers on. The heat simply won’t keep. We also adjust the rental price based on these inconveniences for you. The daily rate normally is £388 per night for this villa, your rental was less than half so hope that adjustment is fair for your staying without heated swimming pool. We look forward to welcome you in a bit warmer weather and enjoy the heated swimming pool day and night through out of your holidays. Kind regards Linghua

Amazing

I can not say enough good things about our time in the home. The house is beautiful, the location is perfect, the pool was amazing, and the view was breathtaking. The house was private but directly across from a grocery with an amazing bakery. The house sits atop a cliff with amazing views. Below is a beautiful beach with snorkeling and sea caves but it is a very long and step walk down. Moraira is about 15min away and is a amazing little town with restaurants and shops with a small castle on the beach. 10/10 family vacation.

Beautiful villa with beautiful views

We were very unfortunate with the weather as we had a week of rain, fog , and cold. However the villa was warm and cosy. Big disappointment was the fact the advertised heated pool was not heated - perhaps it would be better advertised as being heated from April to September for example. Also a nice touch would be to have some lamps instead of having to have the ceiling lights on all the time, also could not fathom how to change the language on the tv which was in Dutch (could be an age thing!). The house keeper Katerina was amazing when we had an outage of electricity she was there with an electrician in about thirty minutes who rectified the problem in no time.

Dear Andrew, Thank you for your review despite the weather was not great during your stay. I am glad you enjoyed the villa’s space and cosy environment. The TV has all sort of channels and all sorts of languages. On the right side corner has got the language choice which you can choose. Apologies if my house keeper didn’t explain or showed you the way to change languages. We definitely like the more cleared heated swimming pool advice. I will change it as on as I have a clear months when the swimming pool is heated as the heater is new for the first year. The swimming pool is on the mountain and had no cover on. We are still testing which months is achievable for the comfortable water temperature to swim. Hopefully next time when you book the holiday the weather will be nice and you can enjoy the warm swimming pool too. Kind regards Linghua

Villa with a vista!

This property is on the Cumbre Del Sol urbanisation, so is lofty and perched on the side of the hill, it affords the balconies wonderful views over the valley down toward the popular Cala Del Moraig. The living room is very comfortable with a powerful air con system, and a good inside dining area. Door leads to an excellent large upper balcony, with 6-seater dining table & chairs & sofa. The kitchen is very well equipped we even had olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, herbs, a few Beers & cans of Tonic. Plenty of toilet rolls and hand wash. One twin bedroom off the living room level with toilet/shower next door. The remaining two double bedrooms are downstairs on the lower patio/pool level, both are en suite. There are 6 comfortable sunbeds and two movable parasols offering lots of options on positioning in or out of the sun, the seating area is shaded, and has a pair of comfy chairs, coffee table, another dining table 6 chairs and the gas BBQ. (Try finding a villa with a gas BBQ, almost impossible to find). The swimming pool has safe steps and a pool heater, which is a gamechanger. The Grandchildren were happy to stay in the pool all afternoon every day, they loved it. Lots of towels & 6 great beach towels are provided. The booking was simple and fuss free and their local agent Katarina who lives nearby should you need any help. This is a wonderful villa, with a great vista . We will definitely be returning customers. The pictures really don't do it justice!

Luxe vakantieverblijf met zicht op bergen en zee.

Mooie ruime villa, erg schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ruime slaapkamers en badkamers, goed uitgeruste keuken, twee mooie terrassen, goede wifi en veel tv-kanalen. Voor ouderen kan de trap van de woning naar de openbare weg een probleem zijn. Voor de veiligheid zou een alarminstallatie welkom zijn. Deze woning is voor een ieder aan te raden.

Winterurlaub 2023

Wie haben den Urlaub trotz einigen kleinen Problemen sehr genossen. Leider konnte der schöne Pool entgegen dem Expose mit der Wärmepumpe nicht innerhalb von 14 Tagen auf Badetemperatur erwärmt werden. Bei unser Ankunft 22,30 Uhr konnten wir erst nach einigen Telefonaten die Hauskeeperin erreichen, die uns dann Zugang zur Villa verschafte. Es gabe wohl im Vorfeld Komunikationsprobleme. Die Villa hat eine hervorragende Lage. Lebensmittelgeschäft Pepe La Sal direkt gegenüber ohne das eine Lärmbeeinträcgtigung zu bemerken war. Direkt daneben ein großes Restaurant und weitere kleine Dienstleister. Apotheke 100 Meter entfernt. Die Villa war sehr sauber. Die Raumverteilung ideal. Alles in Allem ist die Villa in jedem Fall zu empfehlen.

Prachtige villa met fantastisch uitzicht

Een prachtig gelegen villa met bijzonder fraai uitzicht. Een erg complete villa met meerdere leuke zitplaatsen. Heerlijk verwarmd zwembad, fijne ontvangst en erg schoon. Verder ideaal dat de supermarkt met een goede bakkerij een goede slagerij aan de overkant is. We hebben enorm genoten van onze vakantie!!

Private heated swimming pool, private car park. Everything you wish for a nice sunny relaxing holiday is on the door step. A supermarket is direct opposite of the villa provides all you need for food to drinks. Super convinient. A local famous Tapas restaurant with a big swimming pool and a wellness centre right cross the road, walk distance to a local beach. drive distance to popular sandy beaches. Variety restaurants easy to reach. I wouldn't choose anywhere else.
