Se trata de um prédio um puco antigo, portanto não espere instalações modernas. Mas o atendimento, dos porteiros, especialmente José Luiz, excelente e sempre muito solícito! O apartamento é excelente, possui uma otima metragem, decoração de muito bom gosto e a comunicação com o anfitrião, também nunca foi falha.
