  • Best view, best location, best choice in Santiago!!

"Spent 12 nights in this gem of an apartment in the heart of Barrio Bellavista. From the balcony, we could see San Cristobal hill, downtown Santiago, and the amazing Andes. Within minutes, we walked to San Cristobal hill, Pablo Neruda's home, 100s of restaurant choices, and the metro. There are very few places to stay with a pool and a view so we feel so lucky to have chosen Valerie's place. She provides you with excellent travel tips. We took two tours from BellaBike (their info booth is right around the corner). One tour was to Concha y Toro and the other was to the Maipo Valley and hot springs in the mountains. We loved hearing the sounds from this city that never sleeps. Not sure that anyplace else would've been quieter. Highly recommended!!!"

  • Balcony Breezes Over Santiago

"My friend and I stayed a week at this lovely apartment on the sixteenth floor, and each evening, we had cocktails on the balcony because it was just the right temperature and the right noise level. We enjoyed having two bedrooms and two full bathrooms so that we each had privacy. We had everything we needed, even a hair dryer, which saved space in our suitcases! The Internet was perfect and allowed us to stay in contact with people at home, and having Netflix was something we didn't expect. We were so busy though that we only watched it once. We felt very safe because a concierge was always on duty and buzzed us in. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help. We liked being able to walk a block to a grocery store, and a half a block to a bakery. There is even a Starbucks about three blocks away that we didn't use, but was available. We often walked to dinner and then took a taxi back to the apartment because the taxi fares are very reasonable, and the restaurants will call the taxi for you, which makes it easier. I would recommend this apartment because it is clean, the location is convenient, the price is very reasonable and the owner is very responsive. He even kept in contact while we were there by email to see if we needed anything, or had questions. Enjoy your time in Santiago...it is a beautiful city and well worth a visit."

  • Providencia Apartment

"This was an very well appointed apartment in a great location. Everything we needed was close by and the Metro stop being right outside our door made getting around Santiago really easy. I would highly recommend this apartment. Mauricio was fabulous to deal with and responded immediately to any questions. When I get back to Santiago, I would love to stay here again."

  • Exceptional Property - the place to stay when skiing all three- La Parva, El Colorado and Valle Neva

"This was our third year skiing in Chile. The first at Valle Nevado, the next at Portillo (also exceptional), and this year staying in Farellones. Farellones provides the most options in terms of skiing and restaurants. And the Casa Farellones house is exceptional. Everything was clean and tidy. Great hot tub with an exceptional view looking down valley. Each evening we walked to dinner, so we could have a few drinks. Great place."
