The sleeping area has been designed to ensure maximum rest and privacy, offering four large bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed. For larger groups, the cozy living room has an additional double sofa bed, bringing the total capacity to ten guests. Managing daily life is made very simple thanks to the presence of two full bathrooms, which eliminate morning waits, and a modern kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and large refrigerator, ideal for those who like to prepare their meals in total autonomy.

Perfect location, great place!

Barberini is the best place to stay when you visit Rome! This location is the best. The Metro is right around the corner and it is walking distance to Trevi fountain, the Pantheon, spanish steps and so many great piazzas. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. The place itself is also perfect -- 4 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large table for gathering. We had no issues and loved our stay.

June 2024 3 day stay in Rome

I was skeptical but everything worked out perfectly. Ideal location and saw all the sites- Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain, tons of outdoor cafes, et. 4 min walk to metro made easy to get to Vatican and to Rome Termini train station to get to Naples after Rome. Would recommend this place. We had 9 people in total and it fit us all.

Great Location but noisy

Comfortable and great Centrale location to everything! If your a lite sleeper, bring headphones. Lots of street noise. Towels are sparse and other minor inconveniences but otherwise a nice stay.

Excellent apartment and location

The apartment is well set up for a family that wants 4 bedrooms. Each of the 4 bedrooms was very spacious and the 2 bathrooms were adequate for our family. There is air conditioning in every bedroom and the eating area that worked very well keeping us cool during the summer heat. It is in an excellent location, steps from the Barbarini metro station. My only negative is that the kitchen was not well appointed. There was no wine opener in the kitchen so we purchased one and left it for future guests. Also, there was no ice tray for making ice, and no extra bags for the trash/recycling bins. It may be that this is relatively new apartment but they should go through and make sure the kitchen has the basics that guests will need. Overall, it was an excellent rental and we recommend it for other families looking for a clean, air conditioned, updated 4 bedroom rental. Check in and check out were handled well.

In the Centre of Ancient and Renaissance Rome

The property was clean, the beds were comfortable, the bedrooms were spacious, two full bathrooms with hot water, and the location was walking distance to all the sites we wanted to see the most on the east side of the Tiber. Located very close to the Barberini metro station and only a 20 Euro taxi ride to the Termini train station. There is a taxi stand a short walk from the property with multiple taxis there regularly. The host was responsive and facilitated a connection to a driver service by which we arranged a private car from the airport to the property. There are many very good dining options within a 500-metre walk of the property. Our favourite ended up being right across the street at Fraschetteria Giampiccolo. We ate two of four dinners there; the first because of convenience after a long day of sightseeing, the second because the experience we had the first time. Fabbio and Valentina Giampiccolo are the owners and also own Enoteca Giampiccolo (Liquor store) right next door. They are a lovely couple. Every dish had by all was at least very good. Try the gnocchi; it is my favourite dish there. Reminder that this is not a hotel. The host provided a basic welcome kit of supplies (i.e. soap, shampoo, bathroom tissue, etc.) but it is the guests' responsibility to buy any missing supplies or to replace supplies that are used up (e.g, bathroom tissue). The property is not unattractive, but it is simple and relatively plain. We recommend staying here.
