Great location, easy to walk many places. Neighborhood felt safe. Loved that our family of 2 adults & 3 teenagers had so much space! 3 bathrooms was a plus. Would definitely recommend this apartment to others!

Great stay in Rome, apartment perfectly located and within walking distance of all the major attractions and sights. Company managing the apartment easy to deal with. Apartment itself good size for two families (4 adults and 3 teenagers), furniture in the lounge area is very tired and a few of the beds not particularly comfortable but place was very clean, we didn’t really spend much time there as so much to see & do, so it served it’s purpose well.

Good experience in Rome. The apartment was clean, convenient to Termini, the Colosseum and Forum. We were able to do laundry, the a/c worked well and the apartment is spacious.

Fantastic property. Very comfortable and spacious for our family of five adults, teens and toddler.Great location for exploring, a little noisy in the evening due to local night life, but windows did a good job of keeping the flat quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic apartment. We were a group of 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The location was easy walking distance from the main station, even with suitcases, even the stairs were manageable. No dryer but plenty of outside space to hang washing. Check in was super smooth and very friendly

We enjoyed our stay here. Very spacious gor 3 adults and 2 teens. Beautiful outside patio area. Close to a wide array of restaurants and within a two minute walk to Santa Maria Miggiore. We took the metro from the Republica station to Vatican City. It was an easy walk. Otherwise, we walked everywhere.

Beautiful property

Beautiful property in a stunning location, be prepared to walk a fair way to the pool/car park but we knew this from the reviews and wasn’t a problem for us and was a small price to pay for staying in an immaculate property with stunning views and very short drive to beautiful beaches. Property had everything we could possibly need, we had the most wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were a family of 5 and had plenty of space. The location was great being close to Termini, plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, and within walking distance of the sights. We walked everywhere. The beds were a little firm but otherwise comfortable. You could hear people outside from time to time but otherwise it was quiet. We did make use of the washing machine, which was convenient. The description lists a dryer but what is meant by that is racks to hang your clothes to dry, not a machine. There is plenty of space for them, especially outside. We made due but it took a while for our clothes to dry because it was raining so we had to set them up inside. Overall, I would stay again.

Location location location!

The location is excellent - walkable to many sites but also close to bus lines and train for others. Our group was 6 adults (parents plus their over 30 yo children and spouses) so having the space was lovely after a long day of walking. A lot of other apartments sleep 6 but don't have the couch or dining space for 6 people, and a big perk of this apartment is it does. Having 3 bathrooms (2 showers) was also nice since everyone got ready at their own schedule and didn't have to wait for a bathroom. Lots of amazing food and gelato very close, too. Grazie!

Great to see Rome

The host was very accommodating and very quick to respond. The location was central to everything we needed, close to taxi stand, termini, great restaurants, and within 20-25 minute walks to the Trevi, Spanish Steps, Coliseum, and shopping district! To be honest, the living room furniture and beds were not as comfortable as we had hoped, which did make things a little difficult for those of us that feel some of those things more than the "young kids". There is not a lift for luggage or skipping stairs.

Be advised loud street every night!

This was a great apartment with plenty of space. The bedrooms were all very nice and the bathrooms were a big hit. The air conditioning also worked great. Our only complaint was that the location is next to an all-male gay bar and across from a female strip club. You can hear people every night (we were there Sunday-Tuesday) from midnight to 4am. Even ear plugs didn't help. It's a very small street and taxi's were dropping off and picking up from 10pm to 4am. Lots of doors slamming and noise.

Amazing place and amazing customer sevice with Filippo

An absolutely amazing property. 4 bedrooms and 3 kids made this apartment great. The location in the Monti district was perfect. (One street over, via Urbana, had all the best food.) We easily walked everywhere. Great outdoor patio, nice living room, and 3 bathrooms gave us all the space we needed. And amazing customer service! My youngest left his childhood super special teddy bear on the outgoing linen on checkin. The cleaning crew swept it up. A potential vacation ruin as any parent knows. Filippo tracked it down and hand delivered Beary back to our apartment. I cant thank him enough.

Clean and spacious apartment easily accessible to the heart of Rome

We had a lovely stay in Rome and enjoyed the proximity of the apartment. We were within reasonable walking distance of most all sights about the city. It was quiet at night, allowing us to rest well. Some of the furnishings (namely the living/central area) seem a bit outdated, and not terribly coordinated or comfortable. Short of the "single" bedroom, where the mattress was thin and somewhat uncomfortable, on a metal frame, the bedrooms were spacious and clean, and bedding was nice. The check in procedure was a little cumbersome, as the property was managed by a 3rd party, and other places we have stayed did not handle fees and payment in the same manner.

Good location but very basic accommodations

The description for the unit is basically correct. It does have 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. It comes with a completely equipped kitchen and washing machine (no drier). The showers (only 2 worked) had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The aircon & TV worked well too. Overall, the furnishings are very basic. It's a adequate place to if you are only using it to sleep & shower. But it's not a place you would want to hang out, cook your own meals or spend a lot of time. Plus the neighborhood is a little sketchy. There is a strip club across the alley from the entrance.

Excellent location and great property manager, Great VRBO!

This apartment was perfect for our family with 4 bedrooms so everyone had their own space and 2 and 1/2 bathrooms. It is in a great location near grocery stores, many restaurants, and a gelato stand within a 5 minute walk. It is also a short walk to many of the major iconic sites of Rome. Check in was great and the apartment was comfortable and well-equipped. The heat was a little confusing since there are radiators, split units, and a thermostat. The instructions say to not touch the thermostat, but of course guests are going to want to regulate the temperature to our comfort. It was hard to figure out how to do that effectively. And we didn't want to mess up something as well.

Uns hat es in diesem Appartment super gefallen, wir hatten einen direkten Ansprechpartner der zu jeder Zeit für uns erreichbar war. Alle Anliegen wurden sofort bearbeitet. Einziger kleiner Punkt der verbessert werden könnte, ist das es für 7 Personen nicht ausreichend Besteck gab.
