The Sunset Paradise Luxury Villa has five well-differentiated areas in the house: the warm home, a fully equipped study with bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, a pool and its surroundings with spectacular views, an outdoor dining area to relax after a wonderful day, and for the little ones or not so little ones but with a sporting spirit, we have a football court to sweat, have fun and live the best experience in Maspalomas within the Sunset Paradise Villa.

The home area has

- A LIVING ROOM with a sofa, prepared to sleep two people. We have a SMART TV flat screen and a billiard table to enjoy while preparing dinner or lunch in the kitchen

- A PERFECTLY equipped KITCHEN with all the basic kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee maker, oven, microwave, refrigerator... Everything to enjoy a fantastic homemade holiday meal.

-Three complete BATHROOMS, which have a bathtub, shower gel and shampoo, as well as hand soap, and a hair dryer. They are spectacularly comfortable and spacious.

- A MASTER BEDROOM with a double bed, and a dressing room to store your belongings.

- A second BEDROOM with three single beds and a wardrobe to store your belongings.

- A third BEDROOM where we have a double bed for two people, equipped with a SMART TV flat screen with high-speed wifi to enjoy our Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO... accounts and a desk to study, work, or just think.

- A FOURTH bedroom where we have a double bed for two people, equipped with a SMART TV flat screen with high-speed wifi to enjoy our Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO... accounts.

- A FIFTH bedroom that is part of a studio with a kitchen, bathroom very close to the pool area.


In the POOL area you can enjoy the heated pool (if you wish, with an extra cost of 40€ per day), accompanied by sun loungers and an outdoor kitchen to prepare a good spread with ours. In addition, the views are incredibly wonderful. It is impossible to describe through text or images. The essence of this environment you must live and feel in person.

As an added and very valuable feature, we have a SPA, with a SAUNA for those of us who love to feel and enjoy the benefits and therapy of the SAUNA.

If that were not enough, for those who want to stay in shape, we have a very well-equipped gym.

The best of all is that if our little ones, or all those with a sporting spirit, we have a football court to live one of the best experiences we have ever had.

The villa is located in Maspalomas near El Tablero. This means that, due to the location, you can enjoy activities such as cycling by choosing local trails in the municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana that are only about 1-2 km away. In addition, in just 10 minutes by car you will reach the center of Maspalomas where there are different restaurants, bars, cafes and a shopping center.

There is something that characterizes this wonderful island, and that is our excellent climate. So, a must-see are visits to our nearest beaches.

The distance to the airport is approximately 35 minutes.
