Holly Hayes House is an immaculate, completely refurbished 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom self-catering holiday home, spectacularly placed in the beautiful seaside village of Instow on the North Devon coast.

The house offers comfortable and stylish holiday accommodation for up to 8 people and provides the perfect ambience for a relaxed seaside holiday with all the comforts of home. The local village amenities, pubs, restaurants, and the sheltered sandy beach is just a short walk from the front door.

Nestled on a quiet side road, Holly Hayes House in Instow is just 100 meters from the renowned Instow Beach with its golden sand and dunes. The house exudes a relaxed atmosphere, inviting you to unwind with a log burner on a long weekend or enjoy summer evenings with sundowners in the back garden. Despite its allure, there's a plethora of activities to explore: diverse cafes, pubs, and restaurants offer varied cuisine; a local deli provides fresh, homemade produce. Take a seasonal ferry to Appledore's fishing village, stroll through narrow lanes, or embark on coastal paths and Tarka Trail bike rides. Westward Ho! nearby offers 2 miles of sandy beaches, ideal for surfing. A 10-minute drive takes you to Bideford, a pannier market town with shops and restaurants, and the departure point for day trips to Lundy Island aboard The Oldenburg.

The spacious master suite, located at the top of the house, features a king-size bed, ensuite shower room, and captivating sea views towards Appledore. On the first floor, you'll find a modern family bathroom, one king-size bedroom, one super king-sized bedroom adaptable to either a super king or two singles, and a charming bunk bedroom for two children (up to age 12). Additionally, we offer a travel cot with an extra mattress. Access to the back garden is granted through bi-folding doors, enhancing the seamless indoor/outdoor living experience. A rare perk near the beach, there's one parking space at the front, though please note it's tight but generally suitable for most cars. If parking is a concern, kindly contact us before booking. We welcome DOGS but limit it to ONE per stay. However, we do allow for the possibility of accommodating two dogs, provided they meet our strict approval criteria and are of permissible breeds.
