Crows Nest is a lovely lakeside rooftop penthouse holiday home set in a 550 acre beautiful nature reserve. It has excellent onsite facilities & activities, with luxury spa access, swimming pools, watersports, fishing, bike hire, tennis, fishing, restaurant, bar & pizza shack.

​Sleeping up to 4 in 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. 1 x double (with rooftop access), 1x double (or twin) ensuite. The large open plan living area / kitchen with log burning stove leads to superb decking area, outside seating & BBQ

• 550 acres of private Nature Reserve, including seven Lakes & three Rivers
• Excellent Water Sports - Paddle boarding, kayak, canoe & rowing boats
• Somerford Lagoon can only be used for non-powered water sports between the 1st of April and the 30th of September
• In order to minimise disturbance to overwintering wildfowl, the footpaths to the Southern and Eastern edge of Somerford Lagoon are not accessible from the 1st of October to the 31st of March
• Spinney Lake is available for non-powered water sports all year.

Fantastic place to stay

Wonderful flat with every amenity we needed. Sitting on the balcony over looking the lake for breakfast and dinner was lovely. We will definitely be back.

Excellent location, bit difficult to find where our apartment was. Poor signage.

Apartment was lovely, but felt it was a bit tired. Doors to decking from the bedroom were swollen at the bottom which made them difficult to shut. Drain smell in the shower. Info description stated there was a club house. Pub and restaurant, did not realise it was Ballyhoo all in one.

The main attraction of the lodge is being able to relax on the decking with a cool drink in a beautiful lakeside location and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and watch the wildlife. It is close to water sports, many activities, local attractions and many great country pubs, restaurants, tearooms and cafes in and around the Cotswold Lakes.

With many safe cycle trails and well marked footpaths guests can head out and explore the abundant lakes, canals, nature reserves and rivers nearby, including the Thames. The lodge is a great base to head out and visit Cirencester and enjoy the whole Cotswolds region.
