Opulent, relaxing home with hot tub

Entertaining space for your friends and family gatherings! Enjoy the hot tub with lots of space and relax with everyone. Netflix and full wifi available. Newly refurbished home with an insane view for all to enjoy.

> Recently refurbished to a high spec, with large decking and a hot tub

> Huge hosting area with brand new kitchen, dining table that seats 12 and a sofa/snug area with 65 inch TV

> HUGE garden for the kids and dogs

> Fire Pit
(Please be aware we provide kindling to get you started with the fire pit but bring your own supplies if you wish to have it going for a while)

> Beds - All located on the first floor. Master bedroom has an en-suite and super-king bed. One bedroom with x1 Kingsize bed and x1 Single sofa bed. One bedroom with x1 Kingsize Bed. One bedroom with either 1 single bed or 2 single beds which can be pushed together to make a King, this one has a private door into the main bathroom also. One bedroom has bunks with a double on the bottom and single on the top.

> All rooms have smart tv’s with Netflix provided and other app's for you to use your own login. Kids can connect their consoles too

> 1 main bathroom with bath & shower, 1 en-suite with shower and 1 downstairs toilet, all high spec.

> The living area has a sofa and lots of pouffe's for all the seating. It also hosts a 65inch TV. We have a coal fire however it is decorative and NOT for use, the house is very toasty without it though.

>The driveway, also having been updated can host numerous cars so if you’re all coming from different places, not a problem. It’s secluded and safe.

The house was the perfect place for my friends and I to recharge between our adventures. The property was modern, stylish, and functional. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook and the laundry facilities was a lifesaver. The hot tub was a nice touch. Highly recommend.

A perfect holiday

Greenacres is an amazing house in an amazing setting just a few minutes walk from the town. The grounds are beautiful as well. The kids and dog had a great time running around and playing while the adults relaxed. We loved all sitting in the big room to watch movies in the evenings. There was loads of room for all of us. The sofas are fabulous!! We loved this house so much we are already planning to come back!
