Cozy apartment in Barcelona centre. Thisapartment for rent in Barcelonacan accommodate up to 2 people. It has 1 bedrooms with two single beds, a living room with a fully equipped american kitchen and a complete bathroom. The apartment is on the 4th floor with elevator (a few steps to reach the apartment) and city views from the living room and also the bedroom. Is has free wifi connection.

The apartment is located just in the city centre, next to Plaça Catalunya, the Portal del Ángel street and Paseo de Gracia street. You will be strategically located between the Eixample, Gothic quarter and Born area where you will enjoy the best shops and restaurants, that are just a few minutes' walk away. Very close to Las Ramblas and a few minutes from Barceloneta beaches.

The offer of public transportation is unbeatable. You will be a few steps away from the Cercanías / Rodalies and FFGG (Ferrocarriles) de Catalunya train stops and also from the Catalunya (L1 and L3) and Urquinaona (L1 and L4) metro stations. Add to this the many day and nocturnal buses. Without a doubt the best communicated area of the city.

In exceptional cases, you will be able to pay the security deposit in cash and will be returned on departure day by our agent between 9:00 and 11:00 (service cost 30 euros).

Bustling stay in Barcelona!

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location is amazing, just steps from some of the major tourist attractions and easy access to many bus routes including the aerobús to the airport. We loved the airy balconies and the bedroom was very comfortable. Check in and communication were a breeze. Thank you!

Perfect location

Was perfect for what we needed on our trip. In the same block as the shuttle drop off from airport and just down the block from the subway. Having the washing machine and fridge was helpful.

Short stay, central Barcelona

Overall an ‘OK’ short stay. Check-in worked fine, able to store luggage nearby. Good if noisy location - lots of building renovations nearby - but effective double glazing on balcony doors. Comfortable bed, decent kitchen. Sliding door between bedroom and bathroom did not slide, frame around door (particleboard) needs replacing, as clearly water-damaged. Shower head bracket needs to be repaired.

Great!

Apartment is in a great, central spot. Check in process was very efficient. Bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. My only concern was what looked like mold on the ceiling of the shower.

Property & location is very central to everything. Loved having fresh bakery & supermarket right downstairs. Beds were comfortable. Secured building with elevator made us feel very safe. Would definitely book there again. Thank you Peter for your warm welcome.

Location, location, location! This is it!!!

This charming flat is a short walk to La Sagrada Familia, La Rambla, the cathedral, and much more. Plentiful shopping is steps away (witness El Fornet which is literally next door for fresh croissants every day!). The flat is on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator with a short flight of stairs to the flat. A very nice feature is that a Welcome Agent meets you right at the door and ushers you in and explains everything. We enjoyed this stay A LOT!!!!

This is a fantastic place to stay in while visiting Barcelona! We were able to easily walk to nearby tourist attractions such as the Barceloneta (beach area), La Sagrada Familia, and the Arc de Triomf. Also, it was great to walk in minutes to the famous Mercat de la Boquieria where we had the best time eating lunches there and buying many spices, etc. Staying in this location was the best choice. We arrived early in the morning and the hosts were greatly flexible to allow us entry at an earlier time. Will consider this place again when we are back in Barcelona.

Great location

Fantastic location to get around. Outside sidewalks and streets are very busy and sometimes noisy. Overall apartment was efficient, clean and simply furnished. Bathroom could use some updating. Neighbors doors are loud. Lovely coffee shop next door and abundant transportation close by. Light sleepers beware.
