Aucun défaut!

Maria est une hĂŽte parfaite: disponible et discrĂšte. Nous Ă©tions 4 adultes et l'appartement est trĂšs confortable; tout fonctionne trĂšs bien. Aucune surprise dĂ©sagrĂ©able. Nous n'avons jamais manquĂ© d'eau chaude mĂȘme aprĂšs 4 douches et un lave-vaisselle en fonction. Belle performance! La climatisation fut apprĂ©ciĂ©e car les journĂ©es Ă©taient chaudes. L'appartement est calme et on peut tout faire Ă  pied si on aime marcher. La terrasse est un lieu rafraichissant qu'on a adorĂ©e; elle n'est pas exposĂ©e plein soleil et ce fut possible d'y manger, y flĂąner toute la soirĂ©e avec une petite brise rafraichissante! Formidable! Bref, aucun dĂ©faut.

Absolutely amazing VRBO! The location is perfect for walking to either side of the river and all the great must-sees! Inside is so comfortable and we so enjoyed the rooftop terrace. The host met us there and gave us a thorough review of everything. It could not have been better!!!

Very elegant, yet very comfortable apartment on an active but quiet boulevard in Seville. It’s location is easy walking to all major Seville historical sights as well as 10 minute walk over the bridge to Triana. A great supermarket is 5 minutes walk down the street. The location cant be beat. Maria is a great host who is easy to work with, communicates quickly and is very friendly. She has provided everything you would need in the apartment for your stay. I would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again if in Seville. We had a great time in Seville and in the Prada Penthouse.

We had a great time while staying at Prada Penthouse. Maria made everything easy. Short walk to the Real AlcĂĄzar and the Cathedral. Place was perfect for our family- everything we wanted and needed.

I will keep piling onto the already fabulous reviews. People have commented on the bedroom configuration (on the main floor you have to pass through the library one to get to the back one) but I just wanted to add that once people are in their bedrooms both can be closed off and access the shared bathroom without disturbing or entering the other other, so I do think this day could work for six friends or three couples unless everyone is super private. The apartment itself is beautiful, well stocked, great location, and the host is absolutely fabulous. The highlight lodging of our Europe trip and I'm so thrilled we booked it!

Perfect stay in Seville

Had a lovely time in Seville staying at Maria’s place. Maria gave us a lovely warm welcome and her place was perfect for the family. Lovely and cool for some hot Seville weather and lots of space for everyone to spread out.

Retirement Trip

First, the apartment is beautiful and in the perfect location to access everything Seville has to offer. Secondly, Seville is a fantastic city with great food, gracious people, and lots to see. Additionally, the people were very understanding, since I don’t speak very much Spanish. Highly Recommend both the apartment and the city.

Amazing Stay

Had a lovely stay at Prada Penthouse. Maria was a great host, organising a cab from the airport, and returning a make up mirror I left in the apartment. Position is great, as it’s a short walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar Palace. My only suggestion is that the details don’t make it clear, that with two of the bedrooms you have to pass through one to get to the other. Which is fine for families, but a bit more tricky when it’s friends. The bedroom upstairs is lovely with its own en-suite and access to the balcony.

Paradise in Seville ...

We were unbelievably lucky to have found this beautiful apartment while visiting amazing Seville! Not only was the location perfect, but we cannot say enough about Maria. She was incredibly welcoming, helpful and a great ambassador for what is now one of our favorite cities. The Prada Penthouse was everything you would ever want and more: well appointed, very clean, fully equipped, etc. Maria's detailed guest book offered great information about sites to visit, restaurants, etc. Our group of 5 had tons of room and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Thank you Maria for sharing your impressive apartment and gorgeous city with us!

Good location and stylish apartment

We enjoyed our stay in Seville and the apartment was great. Stylish, well equipped and in an excellent location. Only drawback was that one of the bedrooms was accessed through another bedroom which affected the privacy of the first bedroom. Overall a great place.

A Most Enjoyable Stay in Seville

Totally enjoyed our visit to Seville, aside from the time spent dodging rain drops. Fortunate to find a VRBO property that checked off all the boxes regarding accommodation. Very attentive and responsive host that got back to us in a very timely manner when we reached out. Property itself included everything that one would want when away from home except for a laundry basket, a consideration if staying for an extended period of time. A word of caution for those who might have problems navigating stairs. The climb to the master bedroom could be challenging. Having said that, there are 2 other bedrooms on the main level. Overall, would absolutely return without any hesitation. Steven & Maggie

We were here for six weeks and loved it so much we booked another six weeks for next year! The location is perfect
