We believe this is one of the best located condos at Vista Cay; Top floor, both pool and view, located directly by the main pool area at Vista Cay. With three bedrooms, two bathroom, you have all the space you need for a great stay. Why stay in a crowded hotel when you can be in a spacious condo ?

Pool area update: After 8 months and a long delay, the pool area right outside our condo finally reopened May 14th. Photos of the new pool area will be updated soon.

Vista Cay is very centrally located in Orlando between Universal Blvd and I-Drive. (so not Kissimmee). We have everything within 5 to 15 minutes drive : Disney, Universal, Sea World, Waterparks, the airport, outlet malls and malls and golf courses. Several restaurants at Vista Cay, and even more at I-Drive less than a mile away. Convention or event at Orange County Convention Center? OCCC is just 0.5 Mile away from Vista Cay.

Pool heated during winter. View to the Sea World fireworks from the pool area. Play area for the kids, basket ball court and grill sites outside our building. Paved walkway around Lake Cay, nice for jogging or a relaxing walk.

Many restaurants on the resort (2xPizza restaurants, Burger Bar, The Diner, Venezuelan, Dunkin Donuts, Subway, a café and cupcake bakery). Large Publix supermarket.

Owner have two great condos in this building. 3rd and top floor, both with pool and lakeview. Great if multiple groups are travelling together. Link to other units:

Great stay

The property was in a great location and very convenient to visiting various attractions in the area. Having such spacious accommodations and access to a full kitchen was a great benefit for traveling w/ a teen and pre-teen.We would stay at this complex again.

Can't Beat the Location

This property was just the right fit for our group. We were in town for volleyball nationals and the double master with a 3rd bedroom with two beds fit our two small families just perfectly. Being on the 4th floor, there were great views of the pool and lake area! I even was able to see the nightly Disney fireworks show in the distance. They deck faces east, so it was very pleasant to sit on in the evening. Here are a few of the things that made our stay pleasant:-Comfortable mattresses-Full-size kitchen-Proximity to the convention center-Proximity to the grocery store and several great restaurants.

Great location and very comfortable condo with great views from the balcony, exactly as described. Communication with the owner was excellent, responding quickly to enquiries before & during our stay. Would've been great if the Clubhouse pool & jacuzzi stayed open later than 8pm as we would have made more use of these facilities in the evening after our long days! We would definitely stay again!

Great condo in a great location.

We took advantage of the walking trail every morning while it was cool and watched the birds, bunnies and squirrels. It was quiet and the condo was well laid out for our needs. The owner was very nice and responded quickly to any questions I had.

Beautiful place for our weekend

We had a wonderful stay here. Even though the main pool was still closed, the other pool was a short walk away and still very nice and the host was very up front about the closure. The place was clean and comfortable and had so many beautiful views. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Relaxation!

Owner was incredible! Was very receptive to inquiries and responded quickly with info and suggestions Condo description was on point. I would give the owner 20 Stars!!! Great location! Everything you want to do is within a 15 minute uber ride! Our group just wanted plenty of sun and great restaurants and we were mot disappointed!! My only suggestion would be to bring the prices of the pool bar way down!! We definitely loved the bar-tenders and would have stayed and drank a bit more if prices were a little bit lower Will definitely stay here again!!

Spacious condo near everything

The condo has a beautiful view and was spacious for our family of five. The condo is part of the HOA but the people at the front desk can help a little. Beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of towels for our week there. We would rent this condo again!

Great location and amenities

This was our base before our 4-day Universal trip. Flights got cheaper a few days before we bought our theme park tickets, so we decided to stay in a condo for 2 nights before checking into a Universal resort. The price and size of the condo made sense.The location was great. We could easily get to Disney Springs for less than 25 Uber ride, and there were many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, including one onsite Walgreens. The condo was spacious, but it looked a bit worn out and dirty in some areas (there were lots of marks on the walls, peeling floor tiles in the bathrooms, and the linens seemed thin and cheap. The kitchen was old and the kitchen mat was stained and gross—it should be replaced). Only a small amount of basic stuff was provided, like laundry detergent, toilet paper, and soap.The owner was very helpful throughout the booking process. We were happy to get a small discount because the pool right outside our condo was still under maintenance and was supposed to be fixed by the time we stayed. However, the condo management offers golf carts to the other pool, which is on the other side of the main street, and they’ll even bring you back to your condo at night, which is a new thing for them. That pool area is really nice, and they have a bar too. The kids loved the heated water and had a great time. It was a good choice for a stay in Orlando, and it’s right next to the new Universal Epic so a good choice for when that park opens in May 2025.

Comfortable stay

Very good location and comfortable apartment. Very clean and the sectional was comfortable. I appreciated that there was a lot to do close to the apartment. I also played golf at Shingle Creek which was right around the corner. I would stay again for sure.

Wonderful Stay

This is the second time I’ve stayed on property. It is the perfect location when attending the attending conferences at the conference center nearby. The amenities are great. Communication with the owner and management is easy and rapid. I recommend staying here and would not hesitate to rent again.

Great location, great place to stay

First off, it was easy communication with the owner and if we needed anything, the management company was always easy to reach. The condo itself was great for our family. We had lots of space for everyone. We were well located for access to the parks. We were less than 15 minutes from Universal and less than 30 minutes from Disney. We had grocery store and restaurants near by (less than 5 minutes). Overall, the condo was great, the area is well located if you’re staying around Orlando visiting parks and amenities around if required. The owner was great to deal with as well. Thanks again.

A Christmas to remember

My husband and I planned a theme park trip for Christmas. We did Disney and the Universal parks. Our stay was amazjng at this location! The condo was exactly as pictured, we had plenty of space to spread out, and it had everything we needed for our Christmas. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Orlando. It is nice when a place feels like a home away from home. Thank you very much!

Great location and beautiful property.

This location was perfect. Easy access to all major attractions in the area. The pool was under renovations during our stay but the owner notified us of this and we were able to access the pool at the adjacent sister property that had just been renovated. It was perfect and cant wait to see the new pool at this property! Check in was easy and the service agent at the clubhouse was friendly! Would highly recommend!

Another perfect stay!

We stayed in this Condo when we first visited Orlando in 2023 & chose to stay here again in 2024. We were delighted with our stay, the location is so convenient for us. Unfortunately the main pool was closed during our time, however the refurbishment of the other pool/bar area was worth the small walk for. The owner is very communicative and kept us up to date on any developments. The condo is beautifully furnished and catered for our needs during our stay. It’s very relaxing to sit on the balcony at night and admire the view. Vista Cay offers so much with all amenities very close by. We highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying here again for any future Orlando trips!

We are the Valderhaug family from Molde, Norway in Europe. Dad Håvard works as an IT guy daytime. Hobbies are bicycling and cars, especially my -85 Corvette.

Daughters Stine and Guro are co-owners. Stine works as a store manager in a cell phone store. Interested in everything electronic, motorcycles and cars. Only thing that beats a BMW, is the Corvette. Or perhaps a Raptor.

Youngest daughter Guro is still at school, senior high school now. Works as a hanbdall trainer, in a clothing store and a hairdresser. Plays handball, and have plans to be a physiotherapist.

We love to travel, and have been to Orlando 3-4 weeks every year since we bought our first condo in 2007. Many years combined with other places in US.

We bought our first condo together with some colleagues in 2007. In 2009, after realizing how well we enjoyed Vista Cay and Orlando, we bought our own condo. Now we have these three condos in the same building, and have bought out the other owners.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We have three great condos, in the building closest to the main pool area and clubhouse. Our two bedroom Condo 5000-307 is located 3rd floor, both pool and lakeview. Three bedroom 5000-403 is located top floor, corner unit, with park and lakeview. Three bedroom Condo 5000-408 is located top floor, corner unit, also both lake and pool view. With several condos in the same building, we have often rented to families travelling together. You get to stay close together, while you all have the privacy of your own condo.

Main pool area has a large regular pool, jacuzzi, and kids pool. All for free use. Clubhouse has a 24/7 reception, fitness center, gift shop, tiki bar, game room, cinema, toilets and showers.

You also have a gigantic Publix supermarket on the resort. And a top rated NYPD Pizza restaurant, Asian and Subway restaurant.

Vista Cay is located on Universal Blvd, just off International Drive. I-Drive is considered as the tourist center in Orlando, with a wide variety of restaurants, bars and attractions.

Vista Cay is located in the middle between all theme parks. For Universal Studio: Exit Vista Cay, take left, drive for 5-10 minutes. Sea World and Aquatica also about 5 minutes drive. The Disney parks, 15 minutes. The Airport, 15 minutes.

The two large outlets at each side of I-Drive, about 10 minutes drive. As is Florida Mall, while Mall at Millenium are about 15 minutes.
