Totalement rénovée, belle maison de ville de 3 chambres située dans l’un des plus récents complexes de luxe d’Orlando, Vista Cay! Cette maison de vacances est idéalement située à proximité de toutes les principales attractions d'Orlando. Disney, Universal, Sea World, Wet n Wild et le fabuleux International Drive sont à quelques minutes. Pour les hommes d’affaires ou les passionnés de golf, le centre des congrès d’Orange County et le parcours de golf de Shingle Creek sont situés à moins d’un quart de mile de Vista Cay!

Notre maison de ville a été décorée par des professionnels, notamment en ce qui concerne l’ameublement, l’éclairage, les traitements des fenêtres et le pack média. La pièce à vivre est équipée d'une télévision LCD 50 'avec DVD et d'un système de jeu Play Station 2 avec télécommandes sans fil. Inclus sont 12 jeux différents. Chaque chambre dispose d'une télévision à écran plat 19 pouces avec câble.

Notre maison peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes avec une suite principale, une suite queen et la suite complète. Pour plus de commodité, il y a une cuisine bien équipée, une buanderie avec lave-linge / sèche-linge, un fer et une planche à repasser et un garage. Un accès Internet haut débit gratuit et HBO sont fournis.

Le complexe touristique Vista Cay est une communauté fermée haut de gamme dotée d'un club-house ultramoderne de 10 000 pieds carrés. Le club dispose d'un cinéma, d'une piscine de style complexe avec une terrasse à plusieurs niveaux, d'un bain à remous, d'une piscine pour enfants et d'un terrain de basket-ball, offrant une vue magnifique sur le lac Cay. Les autres équipements incluent une salle de jeux vidéo, des tables de billard, un centre de fitness et une bibliothèque Internet.

Our stay was great, the house was perfect for our group and was extremely clean and well kept. The thermostat was locked, however the host was able to adjust it for us after we called him for assistance. Host was very responsive and flexible. Would stay again!

The town house was exactly as listed. Very clean and comfortable. Anthony, the host, was extremely accommodating. The other highlight of our stay was the immaculate pool and relaxing lounge areas.Our only disappointment was that our stay was too short.

Could have used more toilet paper and bath towels. We ran out of both. There is washer and dryer in the unit but have to move some furniture around to get to them. Small complaints because overall the place was great.

Amber, We supply a starter pack of toilet paper, shampoo, paper towels, and garbage bags. If a guest runs out of any of these items, there is a huge Publix supermarket within walking distance from our townhome. I have been renting for over 20 years and you are the first to mention having to move furniture to access the washer/dryer. They are behind bi- folding doors, just open the doors. We stayed here for a conference and it was perfect! Everyone had their own private bathroom and we still had a half bath for any guests! The beds were super comfy and the kitchen came with everything you could need! Would definitely stay here again!

The property has tons of space for large families. We had a group of 7 and were very comfortable.We couldn’t find the remote for the upstairs master bedroom tv(not the end of the world) and lamps wouldn’t turn on(may have been user error) but again, not a big deal. Other than those two things the place was great! The pool, trails and basketball court were great to have for the kids. The pool bar was nice to have if you wanted something but I will say, the pool bar staff - less than friendly. I heard multiple families talking about this during our pool days. This has nothing to do with the property itself though. We were able to walk to Publix to get some groceries and a few close restaurants are also walkable. Getting to Universal was a quick 10 min uber ride! Super convenient!
