The double room is located on the third floor of the building and has an elevator.

It consists of one 20 m2 bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and central heating, a modern bathroom, equipped with towels and personal hygiene products, as well as an executive refrigerator, toaster, microwave , crockery and table utensils, kettle, coffee maker and sandwich maker. All the comfort to be at home.

The room does not have a kitchen sink, so you have to wash the dishes in the bathroom sink.

If you need a stay with full kitchen equipment or have any other need, we have different apartments in the city center. Contact us and we will help you find your ideal accommodation.

A common laundry area service is available for your convenience at the installation.

Request in your reservation a crib or high chair for your baby if you need it.

The accommodation offers a wonderful breakfast in our Day Madrid Restaurant, located next to our office, very close to the Plaza del Callao - Gran Via, just 5 minutes walk from the apartment; open every day from 7:30 am to 12 noon for only 6€ per person, exclusive price for our guests.
