Additionally, pets are accepted upon request, making it ideal for families travelling with their pets.

The house is located 15-20 minutes by car from the city of Palma and the main beaches and coves in the area, such as the famous Cala Deià, known for its natural beauty, or the Sa Foradada viewpoint, famous for its stunning sunsets. The property also offers 2 private parking spaces, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free stay.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious and bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, and a terrace that connects to the outdoors, perfect for enjoying the open air. On the first floor are the 4 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, offering total privacy and comfort. Moreover, one of the bedrooms has access to a balcony that allows you to enjoy panoramic views.

The villa also has air conditioning available at specific times from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00, to ensure comfort at all times. With its ideal location in the heart of Valldemossa and its excellent facilities, this house is the perfect accommodation for a relaxing and memorable holiday in the Serra de Tramuntana.



Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
