Sleeps 3 (+ 1 truckle pull out bed suitable for child)

Spacious King bedroom on the ground floor with 2 bedside tables and a large wardrobe and stable door.

Pet friendly - £25 Per pet, per week. If more than 1 please enquire.

Second bedroom has sloping ceilings and will accommodate 1 adult or 2 children. There is 1 single bed with a pull our truckle underneath.

Shower room also on ground floor with basin and WC (large walk in shower enclosure.)

Spacious open plan kitchen/dining area and living space with 2 sofas, table and chairs and a woodburner. Well equipped kitchen area with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and separate table top freezer, microwave, toaster, cafeteria and cooker.

Full of character and traditional features. Peaceful surroundings with easy access to parking immediately behind cottage.

We had a very comfortable stay at Cobble Court. The cottage was really cosy and had everything we needed. It was located close to the coast and a short drive from Wadebridge.

A cosy retreat

A cosy and peaceful retreat in quiet surroundings. Very comfortable and clean. Everything we needed with some nice welcome touches. Located off the beaten track but with easy access to many nearby places of interest. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful property of high standard and in easy reach of many scenic places. We loved the cottage which had everything to hand as if at home. Towels and bedding supplied and the only single thing missing was a tumble dryer although a washing machine was provided. Line drying was an option but the weather too wet and a clothes horse was too but a dryer preferred. A freezer was something not offered encountered but was provided in this cottage but we had no need of it. We enjoyed our stay very much and can highly recommend this cottage and the host Natalie for whom nothing was too much trouble to ask..Utterly delightful all round thank you. We would have signed the guest book but no pen in the cottage and the one in our car had dried up :(

Excellent accommodation and location

We spent a very comfortable and relaxing two weeks in Cobble Court. The property was clean and well equipped, peaceful and quiet. You hear the odd cow or sheep as it is a working farm but that was a plus for us. We met Angela on arrival and other members of the family during our stay who were all friendly and helpful, always being on hand should you need anything. Tiny the cat and Stella the dog were also friendly should you get to meet them. It is a great base to explore Cornwall from and there are many good places to eat nearby. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Blissful gear away

A beautiful property in an amazing part of the world. The barn had everything we could need (including Yorkshire pudding tins!) and it was the perfect base to visit the beautiful North cornish coast from.

Weekend Break

We enjoyed a fantastice break here for the weekend. Everything was as described and location was perfect. We were Met by Phil on our arrival and he was extremely welcoming. The cottage itself was warm and perfect for our needs. Location was great for visiting Port Isaac and many other local beeches attractions. I will most definitely book here again . Thank you so much

Last minute short stay

We have just got back from our 1st U.K. holiday ever , having searched the internet a week before our available dates , we stumbled upon cobble court at Higher Hendra . Everything from the booking process to the cottage and it’s location and surrounding area was just brilliant . Unfortunately for us, we were only able to get away for 4 days and it was no way near a long a break needed to visit every where we wanted to . The good news is that we will just have to come back . Would highly recommend this accommodation , Zoe and Emma

Great accomodation.

We thought the cottage was perfect for our needs. It was clean and comfortable and in a good location to visit beaches and scenic villages. The hosts were helpful and friendly.

Cosy little Cottage

Beautifully presented cottage. Very clean with everything catered for. Situated in a lovely location, surrounded by fields of sheep yet very convenient for visiting many of the popular tourist hotspots. Also a great place for hikers. Would thoroughly recommend.

Short notice escape

Booked at very short notice after being let down with overseas holiday cancellation. Had a lovely break with our dogs, we were made very welcome and given good advice for local eateries etc. Loved watching the lambs being born in the field across the lane. We can recommend the location for a peaceful break away from everything.

Cobble Court is a traditionally converted cottage, that is extremely well equipped, you will have everything you need for a home from home experience. With some outside space to have a morning cuppa or eat Alfresco, or even do some star gazing... There are no street lights here! With parking on your doorstep and the coastpath being opposite it's the perfect location for exploring North Cornwall.
